Update. They did fix my yard after making a mess of it. Still not perfect but we have decided to go ahead with some landscaping idea.

Horrible company. This brand new hunk of junk generator they sold me does not work and they refuse to come and repair it. Called five times and they won't answer and mailbox is full. Probably from other ripped off customers. 11000 dollars wasted. Too bad there is no 0 rating!

We had a good experience from them. There were a few scheduling issues where we were promised a day and time and it got moved around. Finally it's a done deal. The installers did a great job. My only partial concern was they did leave the dirt lumpy and not really clean and level after digging a few trenches, as well as leaving some trash behind. If they would have cleaned up a little better I'd leave five stars. No big deal. It's installed working and we are happy. I guess it depends on what crew you get. Our crew here was good. And I am glad.

I engaged Generator Supercenter of CC to fix a factory flaw on my new Generac- It has only 4 hours of use. The technicians, Dan O'Neal and Joey Martinez were both very well trained and solved my warrantedissue very quickly. I was very happy about that, being in a rather remote area. Okay, I'm going to update my review. I went to the store on SPID. They were incredibly accommodating. I have the weapons and directions I need to connect the wifi. We shall see. I am very hopeful. I need to get the wifi connected so that I am able to monitor the generators activity. As far as the generator is concerned, it installed. In our area of corpus we have outages regularly so it won't be long.

Will DeShazo was quite helpful through the whole process of purchasing my Generac 22KW standby. I met with him on a Friday night at my house, he explained everything thoroughly, and I signed up that Sunday to purchase the unit.It was installed 3 days later on a Wednesday.
