Visiting my hometown of Dilley Texas and garcias has changed for the better-portions of food are bigger as they should be. However last night I was very disappointed that my steak was not tender. It was elasticy and not medium well like I asked and by the time it got to my table it was cold. Correct this issue and they will definitely be even more successful

Bed food cold food please ppl don't eat there we went last night no service how can eat cold meals , can't not sleep all night,

I was only 1 of 2 customers in the restaurant. Took awhile to be greeted. Waitress didn't know anything about items in menu. Menu said breakfast sandwich came with "potatoes". I received hashbrowns. When asked if they had country diced potatoes, waitress said I should have specified which one I wanted. Menu didn't give an option. Hashbrowns are usually listed as hashbrowns. She didn't offer to replace. No one ever offered to refill drinks. I had to go up and ask, again only 2 customers in restaurant.
