Galvan Ballroom

Sketchy neighborhood, under a freeway overpass with a ton of homeless sleeping/loitering all around. I've heard good stuff about this venue and it's supposed to be historic, but the neighborhood isn't doing it any favors. It's beyond belief bad.The venue's rundown and it seems to have the same flooring, paint and interior from the 50s. Stepping inside is like going back to a different era. The venue smells, it's filthy, no toilet paper, the inside is dimly lit and gives it a rundown look. A for effort. It is legendary and a lot of great bands have played here.
