We have to say we were pretty disappointed with Manning yesterday for doing something young children do not comprehend! I can also blame myself for not reading the fine print... I GREW UP KNOWING YOU EARNED MEDALS, NOT BOUGHT THEM! I had to explain to my granddaughter that she did not receive a medal yesterday because we failed to pay early just once! Even though they had my bank card on file and I told them they had my permission to run my card early that is why I gave it to them. Is this a credit agency?? Or a family oriented gymnastics?? I guess if you look at it correctly the customers that did not pay early, actually contributed an extra $120 per year! So who really paid for that medal? I saw another little girl teary eyed as well while her mother consoled her. I truly believe this is wrong and unnecessary...

customer service is horrible. I had a $75 credit with full force Victoria. When I called to ask if they could reimburse me the $75 because my daughter was no longer going to be taking classes there, the lady told me all credits stay in the house. So, I guess they just get to keep my money for nothing. Horrible.

My absolute favorite gym in town. Up until 2017, I had no prior experience in gymnastics but have always wanted to learn. I went to Gymagic's Adult Gymnastics Class for a few months in 2017 and didn't learn anything. I talked to the owner about how I felt like we weren't progressing and were not getting told how to actually do skills or techniques-- no one could even hold a handstand. She defended her coaches and made no changes. I feel as if we were treated like it was a "fun" class when we were actually doing it to learn-- not to mention paying $40 a session ($160-$200 per month). The class slowly fell apart and is no longer offered. In the winter of 2018 Manning's started offering an adult class and within two months almost everyone is holding handstand comfortably, handstand walking, and many of us have already performed our first back handspring/flip flop. The coaches are not only knowledgeable but are also inspiring, uplifting, and engaging. When we aren't getting something Coach Ashton breaks it down, offers skill and strength work, or tries different drills with us until something clicks. Also, for four lessons a month the membefee is $70, which is much more reasonable. Unlike the coaches at Gymagic, the Manning's coaches and staff treat us like athletes and allow us to feel like winners as we accomplish our goals. I'm so grateful for everyone at this gym!

I was very disappointed in my trip to mannings. First of all, my instructor was very disinterested and somewhat rude. I usually go to gymmagic, but their gym was closed for the summer. When I mentioned I had been going to gymmagic throughout the session my instructor would make comments about gymmagic's ways of instructing me. (I can understand this considering they are competing gymnasiums.) Towards the end of my private lesson she kept looking at her watch making me feel like I was being rushed. Finally, there was another LARGE group of kids next to us and one of the male instructors threw a ball at a kid's head (quite forcefully). I didn't feel valued in the time I spent there. I am very disappointed. I am so glad gymmagic is open in August.
