Poor service and communication is horrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Will be looking for a new service for this next year!

Their Customer Service practices reflect their business...GARBAGE! They missed our street for trash pick up. We called and were told they would come by and get it. They didn't. We called again; they said they would do it that day...they didn't. I called customer service again and while on hold with the cust service rep, I was disconnected. I called back and was put on hold for over 30 minutes. I don't have time for this garbage. I'm now spending my time finding another trash service.

If I could give them NO stars I would. I had a nice guy come to my home and offer their service. I thought why not...let's give 'em a chance! Worst service ever!!! Pick up will not get done unless u pay by the 1st. If you are paying online make sure you have the long ass account number they issue you. Customer service is RIDICULOUS. They have the worst possible ppl answering the phone. They are rude and could care less if I give them my business. Going back to good 'ol TDS. Not sure why I left them. Never again. Stay free of frontier ppl! Really Really.

They did not pick up my garbage for 1 month. They refuse to refund me for the service they did not provide.

I have been fighting with this company for almost two years. They have missed my pick-up multiple times and every time I call, they just tell me they will pick up extra next week. Except for 1 person, the customer service people all have a crappy attitude no matter how civil you try and be with them. It's always, "the supervisor said they will be there tomorrow for sure" and they never are. Every time they make a mistake you are the one that pays for it. And it isn't just me, it is everyone on my street they miss. I think I am at the end here and will just find another provider. I mean, no way they could be worse. If you have had good luck with them, you are in the minority I assure you!

Seriously so dependable and on time. its great to see a company with employees that take pride in their work!

The worst service! Takes them for ever to take a call, the girls seem like they don't care about the customer, & obviously they don't always lied on pickup dates! I had asked to talk to a manager to see if we can figure something out but they said they don't have one? Call Donnie Stark Garbage instead at (512) 303-9462 if you want to save time & not be frustrated.

They were on time, courteous, quick and efficient. Everything I could want. Price was reasonable.

Great company- very professional, timely response from customer service & they were able to get me a dumpster the very next day. Rob kept me updated throughout the process, which was so helpful. I highly recommend these folks!!!

Woohoo! As good as it gets is right. We use dumpsters quite often and have for years. KCD - gets it right. Punctual arrival and pick up, works hard to please EVERYTIME. Thank you
