Freebirds World Burrito

I'm not too impressed with this place. It's like Chipotle but not as close to being somewhat authentic. Everything lacked a bit of flavor. I upgraded to the monster burrito for about $3 and it wasn't any bigger, just one (maybe) extra scoop of meat. My husband and I shared this and it was not really enough food for both of us. The bill totaled out to $18 and it was not worth it. The inside of the restaurant was super dirty with crumbs and trash everywhere. Not a good place to hang out and feel comfortable.

Decent place! Free birds is very similar to chipotle. However they have an extra kick with their sauces (if you need it).Pro tip: they have specials throughout the week. If I'm not mistaken kids eat free on Sundays. Also at some point in the week if you have a tatt or 20 you get a free side

Save your money and stick to Chipotle. The food is subpar at best and the portions are tiny. The cilantro lime rice has no flavor, the green chili chicken has minimal flavor and the beans over power the whole thing. I thought i would try this place out but boy am I disappointed. The portions are so tiny. I even upgraded to a monster and when they folded my burrito, both sides overlapped...I don't even want to know what a normal size burrito is. A taquito maybe. The only reason it got 3 stars instead of 2 was because it was $12 for a drink and a burrito. Not sure if it was even worth that but given todays prices I'll give them a star for that. Food and portions is a 2 at best

This location is outstanding! The staff is so nice and the service was good. The food was good. Used my birthday reward and everyone said happy birthday as I went down the line. What I loved the most was a small gesture that literally had me in tears. As a Hard of Hearing person, it is so difficult to go to restaurants. The store manager or manager on duty, Jordan looked at me when I ordered and then I discovered she signed (ASL)Listen up restaurants, please look at patrons when they order! This manager made me feel important. I felt that my order was just as important as anyone elses. Kudos! A++++++

little disappointed in the changes they have made since the last time I was back in Corpus. The number of options for your burrito have shrunk, the flavors seem to have been toned down, even the sauces that were available by the soda dispenser have been removed.All in all, I think they have taken steps back towards the other national chains

It's been quite a while since I've been to Freebird's, so I decided to stop on by. The line was not very long, but it took quite a while before I was able to put in my order. It seemed they didn't have enough staff and they also didn't seem to be in any rush to fulfill their current orders.I ordered my usual monster steak burrito with guacamole. Unfortunately, the spinach tortilla is no longer offered. Fair enough. I ordered the regular tortilla. I didn't order any sides or a drink because I wanted to take it home to eat.Sticker shock is what comes to mind when I think about my visit here. It was just a few cents under $20 for the burrito. Holy moly. I understand inflation is affecting everyone, but wow. I wish there was at least something else on the menu that Freebird's has that could provide more value for your money, but that doesn't appear to be the case. Although the food is still good, I have to say so long Freebird's. Thanks for all the great memories and burritos. I will have to be looking elsewhere for my burrito fix.

Terrible. The saddest bowl filled with wilted sad lettuce. Queue Tyra Banks, It's so bad I want to give you a zero, but that's not possible so I'm giving you a one.

This place used to be the best place to go eat and enjoy a meal but the last few times I have been they have been out of a lot of product as far as food none the less they have also been out of simple drinks from the fountain drinks machine, and have a majority of their drinks not working and they are even out of cups everything is out of order and they just need some more stability there. They prices are way to high to be out of these simple items.
