I called and was quick and concise, to ask for a quote in my area. The guy who answered talked about all different kinds of services after I asked specifically for a quote for just routine pest control (I very specifically only asked for a quote for routine pest control, since there is no pricing on the website and the website says to call for a quote).When he eventually gave me prices, I ended with "okay thanks, I just wanted to get a quote so I can talk to my husband and see what we want to do", I was met with a laugh and a rude "thanks for wasting a lot of my time" (the whole call only lasted 3 minutes), then got hung up on. Safe to say I won't be giving a call back to proceed with their service, very unprofessional and rude.

Let me start by saying that I HAVE NOT USED THEM FOR PEST CONTROL.But they have come to our home three times in the last 1-2 weeks. Each one is more forceful than the last. This last one this week broke a cardinal rule for door-knockers.... HE OPENED MY STORM DOOR. Don't ever intrude on someone's property... on someone's home. I will NEVER give my business to that individual. I have seen your logo and company name. If I'm interested in your services in the future I will find you.

Unfortunately, they have me locked into a two-year contract. Please read your contract carefully. I actually had to hire another company in addition to Fox because they don't do the job. I'm not gonna throw money at them to cancel my contract. Do your research and don't get duped like me. They say if you're not satisfied, you can call them but when they come, they only target one area and they're in a rush to leave.

Fox has not credited my account despite them already cashing the check. First call to customer service resulted in them acknowledging receipt and stating that it will "clear up" and the billing will stop. Well, today (a month later) I get billed again for the same service. Called customer service again and they have no record of payment and now want proof of payment. What a shady and disorganized business!

Nate Morales just performed my quarterly pest control service and did an excellent job. He explained everything he did and let me know that he would return if I noticed any problems. He was very professional and friendly, and he is a great Fox representative.

When I signed up I let them know I was only available to be home Fridays after 5pm and weekends, they said okay. months down the line they coming during the week Thursday's and Wednesdays and i cancel because I am not home and had mice in my garage and home and that is what i needed treated, lady i spoke with said yes i see where you said Fridays and Saturdays but that its preferred. So now that I dont want service because they couldnt come out on those days they want to charge me 250 dollars.

I signed up for service for an initiation fee of $128 and was told this was a promotion for 2years service before a monthly fee ($54)would start for service thereafter . ....Still had signs of roaches after technician came, incidentallly . Service contract Was totally untrue, since they started charging immediately after the first month.

Tried setting up an appointment for 2/14 between 8 & 10am, tech text me 30 mins before 10 he's on his way. 45 minutes later I tried calling him to see where he was, no answer. Called office, they said he got caught up at another call and asked if I could reschedule for the same time the next day. Hey, no problem right?2/15 9:40am, no call or text that anyone is on the way. I have to call the office to find out that a tech called in sick and no one is coming out, but they ask if I can reschedule again?No thanks.

This is absolutely the worst service I have ever had from any business. In the middle of buying my house, I contacted Fox Pest Control to perform a termite inspection. I was told in order to do a termite inspection, I needed to become part of "the Fox Family". I signed up, got my initial spray and set up my termite inspection. The termite technician comes out on 11/7 and I express to him I needed the inspection report (WDI report) so I can proceed with my mortgage and he says he will take care of it. He tells me I can sign up for the termite treatment that costs $400 and I asked if that is required and he proceeds to tell me no. He completes his inspection and tells me he will fill out the report and e-mail it to me. 11/8 comes and still no report, I call and the representative says she will contact the tech and get that report to me, it never happens. 11/9 arrives and I call again requesting the report and they send me an invoice. I call again requesting the report and they tell me they will send me the report with the technicians notes. I submitted that and my mortgage officer says he needs the actual form mentioned above. I call back and Fox Pest Control says in order to get that form, I need to sign up for the $400 service because if not they can get sued. I pay for the service and I am assured they will be out that evening to put the traps and the tech will get me my termite inspection form, guess what, that never happens. I call today, 11/10 and ask when the tech will be out and once again they tell me first thing and the termite supervisor will be out. I wait and call back hours later and someone else tells me the tech will be out this afternoon, then the termite supervisor will have to sign off on the inspection. The Technician then calls me up and proceeds to tell me he is being sent back to my house and asks me if I want the termite protection plan, WHICH I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR, so I have some choice words for him and ask to speak to his supervisor. He tells me he will have him call me back and 10 minutes later, the tech calls me back and says they can't provide me a WDI report because they are not qualified, leaving me up a creek in the last minute. Each person I talk to seems to not know what they are doing, proceeds to tell me something different each time on what the process is for this evolution, and gives empty promises on "we are trying to resolve this issue sir" when they can't even let me know what I need to get this form, can't tell me the correct times they can get these technicians out to my house, and, in my opinion, don't really think they know what they are doing. Save yourself he trouble and find yourself a better Pest control provider, because these guys are something else. Luckily, I contacted Esparza Pest Control (361-851-1773) and they were able to come out last minute, provided me a termite inspection, and the WDI report that I need to close on my house.
