Footy Rooty

My husband and I have been here several times. We always make an appointment for the private room. Tonight, for the 3rd time in a row, when we arrived after making a reservation yesterday, they did not have us down for an appointment and wanted us to wait 25 minutes. The problem lies on the employee(s) answering the phone. They barely speak or understand english so even though I verified the time and day 3-4 times during the phone call, he clearly had no idea and was just say yes to everything I was saying. The first time it happened, they were quick. Last time they called employee's at home and now this time, the room was double booked. As I live 20 minutes away, it was a waste of my time and gas. I will no longer go here. Too many other choices with much better customer service

Just trying to buy a gift card online ended up on two trips to find some to actually hand me the card. First trip no one there with authority. Second trip person was drunk but I negotiated through that with the help of one of the workers and hand signals. There are definitely language barriers but doable. The actual service?The friend I gave the gift card to loves the place so she was very happy.
