Okay, so I have to write this review because my experience with Mrs Edna was so AMAZING. She's knowledgeable, welcoming and has amazing customer service. I called as I pulled in last minute, asking if I could get a last minute arrangement for my step mothers birthday, and she opened the door to me and attended me HAPPILY and did such an amazing job. I asked for half and half of roses and sunflowers wrapped and she just added the most beautiful accents and was so pleasant to speak with. As she was arranging the flowers, we spoke and honestly was just a wonderful experience. Usually in services I just awkwardly stand there until i get my things and go, but with Mrs Edna I felt at home immediately and she provided amazing customer service. Support your local flower shop by buying directly from them. I can assure you that Mrs Edna takes so much pride into her work and into her business.

Husband sent flowers and candy from here for our anniversary. Tiny arrangement and candy was old. Husband had originally asked for the dozen roses for $40, someone convinced him to send this arrangement for $100! It had only 7 roses. Shame on you Floral Boutique. He was pretty upset over this.

If I could give this business a (0) rating I would. This place Is a joke. They completely ruined my order and when I called to straighten things out the lady was rude then hung up on me. I tried to call back 3 times. Each time they would pick up and then hang up on me. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. This business is TRASH

Will never order from here again. The flowers looked very welted and dry and NOTHING like the picture. Very disappointed especially for the price. first picture is what I received vs. what was ordered

SH!tty job. And they truly believe nothing was wrong with the arrangement and didn't want to fix the problem.
