Burned out and inattentive. Make sure to review your meal whether placing it to go or ordering there, they will mess up and be too aloof when notified of such. With this kind of lack of care and communication they will shut down this branch. Do yourself the favor and go to Grub instead, at least they pretend to care.

Be ready for sticker shock! I had to try Five Guys because supposedly they made the #2 slot for the nation wide survey of best hamburger joints. $10.00 for a bacon cheeseburger --- REALLY? And most of their burgers are $9.00+.My burger was greasy as were the fries. The bun didn't have a fighting chance. By the time it sponged up all the grease, it disintegrated in my hand. Actually I want and like a little grease to my burger but when there's more grease than burger, that's a little too much. And I like my fries a bit on the soft side but these I could have ringed out. The food is given to you in a brown paper bag, which means you have to drape the table with napkins in order to lay your food out where you can get to it --- no trays. The bag quickly turned into a greasy mess.Then there's the facility itself. It's bare bones. As such and without any acoustics, the music added to all the patrons talking makes it a bit loud. They try to satisfy everyone's taste in music but the heavy metal is over the top. The floor was dirty. The restrooms only accommodate one person at a time.When your order is ready they yell your number out over the crowd. No table numbers and definitely no one brings your food to you. They have to yell above the noise and usually call a number several times because patrons can't understand or hear them. A digital board displaying the order numbers that are ready would be much more efficient and polite. Don't waste your money at this place. There are better burgers elsewhere at much more reasonable prices. There is absolutely nothing about this place that justfies the prices.

Always live Fuve Guys. Clean, cooked perfectly, (and crunchy bacon which is always a plus with me) if I had to point anything out, it would be that the bathrooms, tables and floors were cleaned for frequently.

Burgers are good, but overpriced (along with everything else on the menu)......but yesterday I went to eat dinner there around 6 or 7 PM and the restaurant was filthy and there was a whole lot of standing around going on behind the counter. I didn't notice a manager, but if he was there, he certainly cannot be classified as a manager. Unbelievably bad care of an eating establishment, therefore I won't be coming back!

The only reason they are getting one star is because I had to tap one.. the food was good but this is the most unprofessional 5 guys I have ever been to. They are playing around instead of making food, I could hear an employee being a smart ass when I asked about my sons shake he ordered.

My burger patty was embedded with multiple long hairs. I choked on them while eating and vomited. I called and was then put on hold and they never came back I had to call again to speak with the manager, and when she spoke with me I was told I would get a free burger but she never told me her name and hung up. Do not go here i'm probably going to be sick.

After ordering my meal, I realized one of the employees was on her phone with gloves on in the food area. After being on her phone, she did not change her gloves and continued to touch and prepare food. I didn't see a manager in store but I also don't do well with in person confrontation which is why I didn't say anything. Studies show how many germs phones have on them so that was pretty gross to see. While my meal was still good and this employee didn't touch my food, this was still gross.

Well this is our second time dining there. First time was when it first opened a long time ago. First time it was very delicious and worth it. This time very disappointed in the value of what you I paid for, and service was terrible, they made my cheeseburger wrong, took it back and they got it wrong again and the lady was so very rude.Burgers are small, more like junior burgers, I paid $44.00 for 3 burgers which are small in size 1 regular order of fries and 3 reg drinks, and tasted like Burger King.Will not be going there again. Too overpriced. I should have gone to Burger King.

Been around the USA and tried Five Guys everywhere I found one. Alexandria on Old Richmond Hwy is the best I have eaten! Great service and very friendly, clean and welcoming ambiance! Five stars every time I come to visit from Texas! Thank you Five Guys!

Hadn't been here in awhile and was expecting it to be the same as I remembered. I was wrong... they completely got my hamburger wrong, my fries came with no seasoning and were more on the toasty burned tasting side. I won't be stopping here again.
