We bought 3 sandwiches, over $30. My sandwich was very unappealing and bland. The Hook and Ladder is supposed to come with cheese....no cheese to be found. Very thin slices of turkey and ham, almost undetectable!! My wife got the Italian sandwich also no cheese. She asked for no ham, doesn't care for it. She wanted turkey substituted , but to no avail. This sandwich came with pepperoni, pepperoni and more pepperoni, nothing else. And, very thin slices at that. Forget about it ....I guess ?!!?The Bacon Ranch and Hook and Ladder looked the same. I wound up eating my son's sandwich by mistake. Please tell your employees to label the sandwiches. Why I couldn't call you ask?? Because we went late on this Easter Sunday and it was closed. You almost give up sometimes....forget about it ‼

Order two subs takeout. The hook and ladder sub did not have any meat on it, NONE, it was a lettuce and tomato sandwich. This is a new level of stupid.

Wow spent $20 on a medium sandwich chips drinks and a really crummy cup of macaroni and cheese. The medium sandwich was about 5 inches long. 90% bread 10% meat and cheese. Macaroni and cheese cost 4.99 And was rather tough noodles and the cheese sauce was like water. Absolutely will not return for such an expensive and unsatisfying meal. Uhh even the pickle was a rubbery disappointment.

Kinda crazy how they could possibly be this understaffed during rush hour. Owner seriously needs to rethink whether or not he should stay in food service with this complete and total apathy to customer service. Never coming here again. 30 minutes for a sub they got wrong and another 40 to get it right crazy when the prices are that much higher than subway. Just pathetic Mr franchisee.

Food was excellent, after they remade my burger. When we first got my burger ( 1/2 pound with cheddar cheese grilled onions and grilled mushrooms) the mushrooms Where extremely hot spicy hot they accidentally cooked them next to the grilled jalapenos that my husband ordered. My mouth was on fire. But Jennifer the lady that works the dinning room had them remake my burger and brought me some ice water. She was very attentive to us.

Felt uncomfortable and kinda disturbed while being here. One of the employees had their son running around while being in a disposable underwear. The child had no pants on, just a shirt and the disposable underwear. Bumping into customers and throwing cookies and chips on the floor then sitting on top of them.

Service was so slow and horrible staff. I don't like to complain but this service was so bad that I had to write something to help yall out man, don't go here. food took FOREVER to come out. It is steady and they took 30 mins before they got my food out to me (2 sandwiches)

The pork slaw sandwich is back. So so good. It's a promo for a short period promo sandwich. Gotta try this if you haven't. So delish. I've gone twice this week for this pork slaw sandwich. Tasty fresh and beyond good. The wait for our order took a bit, however the tasty food made up for it.

customer service support for the firehouse app sucks. after all the back n forth communication and technical support the asians didn't understood what I'd said on the 23rd because I got an email saying that I can't change my birthdate and that is not what I needed help with. Second call to the support I was told she didn't understand what I'd just tried finish explaining to her and told her to transfer my call to someone that did. She said yes I do and never got anyone else. This is why their restaurants aren't doing good "poor customer service". mission was closed down because employees were rude and hide. Phar location there in a busy intersection and it is still having the same issues. Is it management maybe. corpus is another one. they 6 employees on a day I went in. ordered online was promised in 15 showed up, a few people were there never got my order even after new orders came in. they were to busy cleaning the restaurant while one employee was busy doing the cooking. I finally got my order afer 40 minute. mana walked up to me with my order and were understaffed. poor excuse for a manager
