We arrived to a warm welcome and clean resort. Was escorted to our site by Logan and he helped back us into site 27. Beautiful sunrise each morning from our coach. Office is always friendly and helpful. We would stay again.

Fire Fly of Corpus Christi, DON"T GO !!! A very nice property. Problem is the STINK, WOW, the stink is beyond terrible. Management could care less. There answer is it's the Sea Grass, and sense they don't have a Sea Wall, the Sea Grass just hangs around. We were there "5" days, every day and night was like living in the sewer. It was a terrible stay and wouldn't recommend, nor will We go back.DON'T GO, there is a LOT of REALLY nice properties in Corpus Christi without the STINK.

We are new RVers. We headed south from Dallas to Fredricksburg then on to Corpus Christi. We did a lot of research on quality rv parks. We were so impressed with Fire Fly in Fredricksburg. Clean and super lovely. We thought we would have the same experience at Fire Fly in Corpus Christi. What a disappointment!Fire Fly in Corpus Christi has a terrible smell in the air. Sites for our 35ft Winnebago coach don't have firepits or trash cans! The grass is scrappy at the sites and the facilities are clean but that's about it. Terribly inconvenient, you have to walk a good distance and they are upstairs. Our slot was on the water's edge. Two vehicles were parked next to our slot which obstructed our bay view. One vehicle was such a clunker and the other was a big pick up with tall equipment in the cab. We called the management office to see if they could contact the owners to repark them so we could enjoy our Thanksgiving dinner with a water view. Not a used car lot!Turns out, the owners of the vehicles are owned by the management staff and they said there was no other place to park them, so they never did!The premium location was horrible. Also, there was no announcement from the staff about the horrible weather that just moved in with rain and wind at 30mph. So we are stuck here until it lifts.Think twice before you book this crummy place!

Good day - My name is John and my wife and I live in Dana, North Carolina ... Just south of Asheville. Back in May, I had booked two (2) RV spots (one for us and one for dear friends coming in from California). I booked for a week, running from 5 - 12 October, at a total (pre-paid) cost of $1,433. However, on Friday, 27 September (8 days before our trip), our region experienced Hurricane Helene. One hundred and twenty feet of our driveway was wiped out - totally washed away. The main road to our home was also washed away. Roads in and out of the area were destroyed and there were thousands of downed trees and power poles. The destruction was and remains hard to convey. We lost power and all communications for 13 days. We had no way in or out of our property for over a week. On Monday, 30 September, I was able to hike out to our local post office where I found I had one bar on my phone. I called family and friends, including the other couple that we were supposed to meet At the Firefly RV Resort. I explained the situation to them and asked them to call Firefly, cancel the reservation and, (given the circumstances) ask for a refund. The staff at Firefly were beyond rude and refused any consideration of a refund. When pressed on the matter by our friends, and stressing the dire conditions that all of North Carolina was facing, the Manager at Firefly told our friends the following -- and this is a direct quote: "Well, if the government would stop sending money to Ukraine, maybe they would have money to give to North Carolina." Enough said. I would strongly ask all conscientious RV-ers to BOYCOTT the Firefly RV Resort.

This review is for the Corpus Christi Firefly resort. Worst stay ever. First off, we drove 7 hours to this resort only to find out WHEN WE GOT THERE that our air conditioning didn't work in our cabin. They could have called and told us that because if we would've known that then we would've stayed somewhere else especially since it's $300 PER night. They told us someone would come the next day to fix it, no one ever showed up. They did put a portable air conditioner in there but the house was not cool at all especially the upstairs. I had to put a box fan that we brought up there just to be cool. Our dog did chew up a piece of the blinds which we told the office people and they did not care nor did they ask for our card info to pay for the blinds. The workers are absolutely clueless and don't know what they're doing. The owner and/ or manager was absolutely rude and did not care about the fact that we were hot. Outside of the cabins stunk so so so bad like a sewer. i do not recommend anyone stay here unless you want to deal with rude and clueless employees and a stinky outdoor area.
