Decided to try this new family owned and operated business and it did not disappoint! I had the tacos with beef--delicious--which came with chips, salsa, and a delicious habanero hot sauce. The side of fries were fresh, hand cut, not too salty and were gone quickly. The dessert of the week was crème brûlée, beautifully topped with raspberries, whipped cream, and fresh mint. Service was friendly, and you can tell a lot of thought and care goes into their products from start to finish. I will definitely be revisiting and have already started spreading the word about this new local gem.

$20 for a 1/4lb burger that was extremely overcooked and dry as the sand the food truck was sitting on and had an offputting taste. Frys tasted good but were soggy and not fully cooked. I waited almost 40minutes for this.

Stopped here by chance while in Alpine picking up our little girl from Sul Ross U. Go Lobos!The Cabrita tacos are amazing, well seasoned and a delight on your pallet.We also tried the Burger and fries. One of the best burgers I've had in a while.Everything we had was fresh and prepared with love and care!A must stop if you are in the Alpine area.

Big huge amazing shout out to our new friends and Catering partner Fire Star Kitchen, LLC in Alpine, TX for our county employee appreciation bbqs in Alpine & Marfa, TX! Y'all absolutely knocked it out of the park!! We received so many compliments on the flavor of the food, service, presentation and attention to detail on the meal! If anyone ever is in Alpine & Marfa, TX area go show them some love! If you need any catering in Alpine they are for sure the go to absolutely won't be disappointed!!
