I took my aussie pup in to get groomed, they did a great job! I asked for just the basic hygienic cut & my little guy came out super happy! Clean & well kept environment & overall a great experience with my little guy.

First time here. Very clean, friendly, and great with the dogs. I love that they have little gated spaces for the pups. Definitely will be back. And the dogs are so clean and fresh.

We take our Yorkie Poo to get his haircut at Fancy Paws, we're very happy with their service and our dog leaves looking cute and happy!

These folks are so wonderful, kind and gentle. My Mom and I have taken our senior dogs there for a very long time and they are always thorough and "spot on". They are not overpriced as some places, do not overbook themselves, and also offer bathing only pricing for dogs that do not require grooming, or very large pets.At PetCo I feel rushed and a "number". I get very anxious going there even as a customer. I've been in other local places that I seriously wonder why the health department hasn't shut them down... and I'm talking about on the Southside. Fancy Paws, however, is very clean and uncluttered. They do not try to have racks of stuff to add to your grooming bill...just simple, straighforward pricing and overall experience. I always highly recommend them to my house and pet sitting clients! :)

Of course depending on the breed. This place is great for short hair dogs. Pricing is prefect and job well done!

Our experience with Fancy Paws was phenomenal! They got both of our dogs in and out fairly quickly and their pricing is outstanding. While there I also witnessed them grooming other pooches and being very gentle with them. Not only were they very polite (on the phone and in person) they're also close to our home! I'm very pleased with Fancy Paws and will definitely be taking our girls back again to have them groomed!

The girls that work there are very good to our dogs we take our dogs once a month. Its funny how excited they get when they go there.

Do not take your pet here anymore. After yrs of decline they are now at their worse. They shaved my schnauzer so uneven some places with deep shave .His poor belly is shaved raw. He is so uncomfortable and in pain. I wish I knew how to add pictures . Just sad I paid money to torture my pet!

I asked them to trim my yorkie's fur short, but not shaved because she would get too cold. I went into detail about wanting to decrease bathing time because she has a skin allergy requiring frequent bathing. I said don't shave her down! I said they can bring up her skirt a little. They removed all of her belly fur!!!! They seriously scalped my baby! I can see the age spot freckles through what little fur is left. I had to leave the shop & go directly to Petsmart to buy a sweater because none of her dresses would be warm enough. My poor baby is cold & looks awful. Look how short!!!

First visit, I sent written instructions for both of my dogs to have "clean" faces to match their cut. In groomer's terms that is clean shaven. I also asked that nothing be used but unscented products. They came home smelling flowery --which I hate and have allergy problems with--and their faces were not done short. And when I picked them up, no one was friendly. When I complained later once I got the dogs home and looked at them closely, all I got was defensiveness. "If you are unhappy with their faces you can bring them back." Inferring that I was unhappy because I was being picky, rather than upset that they didn't do it right, even with written instructions. Not one apology for the mistake. They even went as far as to imply that I had not written down that I wanted their faces "clean" (instead only telling me they are not psychic and that I only wrote that I did not want a Schnauzer look for one or a Poodle look for the other---something that I did write, but along with the CLEAN FACE note). I also inquired as to why they didn't asked if I liked how they looked (I have been going to dog groomers for 25 years in several different cities and they have always asked me this) and she said they do not ask that because you can see the dog when you pick them up. Poor customer service --don't bother, as they are not friendly or warm and it is just "business" to them.
