This place definitely fits the standard of a very nice smoke shop to stop by on the way home. 10/10 customer service by the girl named Maria ! Was very helpful.

The manager COCO has a major attitude problem and lacks customer service skills severely. She also sells her thc out of jars rather than distributed bags which would indicate they are federally regulated to be under the legal amount of .3 thc. She was asked to give a reasonable price on a strain of flower when it went down to her shake. A new employee called her to ask if she can make a deal on the product. She's so immature that she got mad because she was contacted on her day off. Pathetic! She clearly should not be the face of the store or in charge. She clearly cannot handle her position. She had her nerve to have an attitude. What a sorry ass store. This is why other stores are killing them in sales and have customers that keep coming back. Rather than biting her tongue even if she didn't like it. She displayed her disgusting nasty attitude. She is so childish and she is going to kill that business. I will also be taking the appropriate channels to have this store investigated to see if the thc sold out of jars actually meets the federal and state mandated law of .3 percent thc levels in those jars. You lost a customer pissed off a customer and good luck on your soon to come investigation of thc sold here. She also supplies drug dealers and has no problem cutting them deals for her own gain. Completely illegal and illegitimate store with an attitude at the face of its store.
