Executive Residency by Best Western Corpus Christi

When I stayed here the place was open less than two years. Really fresh and clean. I stayed on the 4th floor. It was a comp upgrade. The room was a suite and had a kitchen with all the pots, pans and dishes etc. Very clean room with lots of light.Full hot breakfast from 6 to 9am. Eggs, potatoes and meat. Cereals, waffles and bread. Lots of food and something for everyone. Didn't use the pool or exercise room. Staff was friendly. If you get the munchies they have lots of snack items and beverages for sale next to the front desk. I'd definitely stay here again.

No hot water in room...another room no hot water...3rd room no hot water in sink...just shower. Bathroom & entry floors dirty. Too late in evening to check out. UNACCEPTABLE! Guess the owner is saving money by giving minimum hot water. We are NOT a third world country! Tired & cranky...Requesting a refund from independent owner, Bipin Jiva!!!

Loved it here! Me and my bf stayed for 2 nights. The staff is helpful, the rooms are perfect and it comes with a STOVE? JW Marriott rooms don't have stoves??? Amazing hotel can't wait to come again.

Usually one person at the front desk so checking in and out may take a while. Room with king-sized bed and pull-out sofa bed was nice and had a full kitchen and view. Restroom door is a pathetic sliding door with no lock. The restroom "door" has a small half-inch separation from the wall and you can see inside of the restroom. Shower door is also a sliding door and has no way of staying in place so it usually opens a few inches, making water splash out. Unacceptable. Sofa bed had no pillows, sheets, or blankets. One must go down to the front desk to ask for these. Phone at my room did not work and I could make no contact with any personnel at the hotel. Again, had to go to the front desk to ask for anything. Free breakfast from 6-9 was good. Hotel layout and presentation is good just needs more attention in certain places.

We stayed here for almost a week, and wow - what a great hotel! The staff was amazing (and I mean amazing!). The front desk staff was very welcoming and made us feel at home. We watched the staff constantly cleaning all areas of the lobby, and the entire hotel (even on the outside) many times throughout the day. The breakfast was a "walk away" breakfast because of COVID and the contents were perfect for grab and go to the beach (which is a short drive away). This hotel also had an electric charging station, which was great for us. It is a pet friendly hotel (and unlike many pet friendly hotels, this hotel was sparkling clean). We had a great stay here and will return for sure!

Clean hotel and friendly staff. However, do not take rooms 221,223,225. The window is blocked by the roof of the lobby. No view. Propane grills by the pool is a plus, the daily breakfast leaves a lot to be desired.

We booked this room because we were visiting Corpus Christi. When we arrived at our room we settled in. We have 3 year old twins. One of our babies found a dead cockroach. At this point we checked around to see if there was more. As we moved the window drapes we found another one.We moved the sofa and there was another one.December 2024We went downstairs to the lobby to voice our concerns and they offered us another room. At this point it was 2:00am.When we arrived to our new room on a different floor we found more cockroaches and some type of centipedes. These were not your typical dime size cockroaches these were as big if not bigger than a quarter.Very disappointed this place has potential but maybe with better management.

We had a GREAT experience! We were in town for my daughter's soccer tournament, and extremely hesitant on what hotel to book based off of past terrible hotel experiences, not just here, but in the Houston area as well. We were prepared to not be impressed, just crossing our fingers for feeling safe. Everything was so modern, wonderfully decorated, clean, convenient with the supplies offered to reduce your amount of luggage, such as body wash, conditioner, and shampoo set up inside the shower, liquid hand soap and lotion set up next to the sink. There was a kitchenette with a sink, sponge, soap, table top burner, refrigerator/freezer, built-in charging stations. The breakfast was the most impressive selection and setup I have seen, the woman in charge maintained it so well! I slept the best I have in a long time, my daughter felt like the bed was not comfortable to her, granted she had just done a day full of soccer games and was not comfortable to begin with, the body wash in the shower needed to be refilled, however, it was not an issue because I did bring my own, I just like this line of products Best Western makes. Yes, best Western has their own product line, it's a clean fresh citrus smell, and gentle on your skin. The only thing I would recommend that ended up being a slight inconvenience, is they needed your license plate number, but unless I missed it when booking online, we were not informed of this until check in, and my daughter had to walk back out to the car to get my license plate number. Check in was smooth, the clerk was kind, just very low toned so I struggled to hear her through the plexiglass. Check out was incredibly simple. There is a $50 hold on your card until they can confirm there were no damage is done to the room, which is reasonable, just be aware, because I don't recall whether that was posted online or not. I recommend this hotel! I will never use another one in Corpus Christi, and I will look for executive residencies in the Houston area when I need a place to stay!

The customer service at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The front desk manager made sure we knew where all the facilities were and allowed us to check in early which was really helpful. The bartender was very friendly and helped us find night time activities in town. The rooms smelled amazing and were spotless. Included a half sized fridge, stovetop, and full size microwave with pots and pans provided. If I could give more than five stars I would, highly recommend!

Had an amazing time at this hotel. It is very clean, and welcoming. I am only giving it 4 stars because the bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were small. We were on the 3rd floor and had views on the ocean nearby.
