Executive Inn

I'm a disabled veteran and these people were absolutely horrible. The rooms had mildew and mold so bad it made my wife throw up and when we made a complaint they tried to make us check out early. They even falsely called the CCPD and were warned about making false claims.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! BED BUGS!! MOLD!!Where do I start. The rooms are nasty. The sink literally had grass growing out of the drain holes. Floors are filthy, bed sheets and towels are dingy and stained. The beds aren't even a queen. (Least of the issues) my kids and bf woke up and had bites all over their body. Other reviews stating bed bugs. And the staff the man was polite but the older lady was RUDE!! I went and bought my own TP just so I didn't have to deal with her. If I could give zero stars I would 1 start is too much credit..

I hate to write bad reviews. I just really still feel upset after a couple of days. My husband and I paid for a week and left a day early due to several things. We rented room/kitchenette 100. The a/c didn't keep cool in the room we were sleeping in, I had to keep turning it to fan then back to cool and hope it would cool through the night, after the 2nd night of being uncomfortable, we bought a fan. Then I noticed I had a couple of bites, and woke up with more the next couple of days. The water in the shower kept turning hot, cold, hot, cold. We left a day early and I wanted to tell the people in the office about the horrible experience with the a/c and shower and show them my bed bug bites. My husband asked me not to. I don't use motel sheets, comforters, or pillows. I left ours behind. As we were leaving a man from another room saw us packing and said "this place has bed bugs". I would appreciate the owner reaching out to us and trying to make something right out of this bad experience. We knew we weren't staying at a 5 star hotel, but it was in a good location by my husbands work place.
