They repaired the stone chip that was in the windshield of our RV trailer, by coming right to the park we were staying at. Very convenient and quick service

I needed help getting a window fixed immediately. They were empathetic and fixed my issue the same day. The customer service was amazing. The cost was responsible as well. The lobby was clean and comfortable.

A broken glass in my rv outside window and local rv dealer recommendation sent me to Evins glass. They did respond within about 3 days to cover the hole to prevent rain from coming in. I was advised it could take up to 6 weeks to get the glass in. I was given an estimate which I agreed to though it was high.I advised them that was exactly what time I had remaining in the area-6weeks. I was assured that it usually takes much less. So all was well for me.This is where it goes bad I got a call over a week later by Darrin in the Automotive dept of Evins asking if I still wanted the glass and giving me an estimate. I told him I had already agreed and now I only had about 4 1/2 weeks left. He said it would be ok. I asked for a follow up when it was ordered. He never asked for a deposit which I found odd, he just assured me it would be here in time.Fast forward to 2 weeks before my 'no later then' date. Called Darrin, no answer. Left a message with the operator/front desk guy. I was promised a return call. No call. Waited for two days. Called back, no answer from auto dept., called back again told front desk guy darrin never called me back and wouldn't answer phone. So then he puts me on hold, then sends me back to auto dept and a new guy answers the phone. He says darrin is busy and explained they have no way to find out if my glass would be ready in time. Really??? Again, still no conversation with Darrin who is 'in charge' of auto dept which handles rv glass. Now we are due to leave in a few days and 6 now weeks of my wait was wasted on Evins Glass out of Corpus Christi.So now I will just order the entire replacement window for about the same money and do it myself. Maybe Darrin didn't like time frame restrictions, maybe he's slow to get his orders in, maybe he forgot I got an estimate up front, maybe he doesn't like Rv folks, maybe it's just winter time rvers. Maybe he's just understaffed, maybe...So I don't recommend Evins glass and I still have a hole in my outside glass window. Thanks for inexcusable communications. Wasted 6 weeks of my life on Evins Glass Corpus Christi Texas.

Windows Compatible! Someone went and smashed their car through my beloved windows! It was the dangest thing- the car bashed up the frames of the window, but didn't break the glass. It looked bad. It didn't take Evins Glass very long to get out to Rockport to check out the work, and get an estimate drawn up. However, it did take a while to get the work scheduled. They had to order a bunch of parts, which were really big, and I guess you can't just pop some stamps on and put in the mailbox. Better communication about timelines would've been appreciated. I'd go weeks without hearing anything. But once they came out, there was a whole team of Evins Glass employees who tackled the project head on, working carefully, and diligently. It took all day, but they got it mostly fixed before they had to come out and finish it. A little communication about the timelines on that would have been appreciated. But the job they did worked out well, and the replacement windows are all in place.

I would give them less than one star if I could. Poor workmanship resulted in a window seal breaking. $600. No warranty after one year. No discount on replacement. No help contacting manufacturer

F350 replaced the front windshield and driver side window - 1 hour and 30 minutes plus they tinted both. Price was excellent.

We had broken windows on our vehicle and insurance gave us Evin's Glass as an option. They were able to come to our residence to take care of it. We noticed that one of the windows didn't have the same tint due to it being after market tint but the manager was able to take care of it free of charge! Great service, quick, and professional!

After talking with manager, my problem was discussed and resolved. Chris was helpful and courtesy.

Well the complete horrible job your company "repaired " three weeks ago began splitting this past weekend. Came home a nd went out to Scott Glass and they repaired "your" original ding and the splitting crack that resulted from your NOT fixing the original ding.Thanks Scott Glass!!

Evins Glass put in a replacement window. They cut into the seal that surrounds the glass creating two gaps to the outside. The window leaks. They have been unresponsive to fixing the problem. Very unprofessional. Don't use them.
