My stepson died in December 2016. We were experiencing the pangs any family would. We wanted to purchase a footstone to place at the foot of my father-in-law's grave so we could bury a portion of my stepson's cremains on the same lot, thus connecting the two on earth, forever. They shared the same name, so sharing a grave seemed perfect. Looking for the "perfect" stone online led me to Everlife Memorials because a quick google search for "laser photo inscription" brought me to their site. The site appeared well sorted, quite legitimate, and supplied with plenty of options and user ability. I felt very secure that this purchase and process would be simple and succinct. I easily placed my order online, selecting options quickly and with ease most are accustomed to, when doing business with legitimate vendors online, very much aware that my input would be of critical importance--etched in stone--, as advised on their site. Because our stone was meant to have our son's photo inscribed, I was prompted to email the photo to a specific address and to include several lines of precise information. I did all that was requested IMMEDIATELY after placing our order, checking and re-verifying the information. Our order total was over $1200 and all required info was sent within moments. I received a confirmation email immediately, and my funds were confirmed recieved. Then a week passed, another week passed. Even more time passed before any word on the end of Everlife Memorials. Eager for some notification, I called the help center/customer service. On the other end of the phone I engaged, whom I deduced, was someone barely grasping the English language. This person tried and assured me that the stone worker was very busy with other tasks, apologized for lack of coordination, and stated that our stone was next in line and I would hear back from the insriber soon for more details. Several more weeks went by. We had a very specific timeline involved that this business was well aware of from the second of our purchase. I received the "run-around" every encounter with customer service. After months of waiting without receiving the info we expected, I finally received contact with the inscriber. After that point, the process moved smoothly, although with much tension due to the redisue of uncertainty remaining from the first months of the process. Finally, the order was shipped and received by a local monument company near the gravesite. The stone appeared ABOSULTELY BEAUTIFUL in pics I received from our paid delivery recipients, as is required by this vendor. Every aspect of our order appeared the way intended thus the two awarded stars. The local company we paid set and placed the stone for us in our timeline. When our family (10+ people) drove across country to finalize our services, the stone did, just as viewed in pictures, appear beautiful. The only concern to us is how thin the inscription is. I thought perhaps that's what is required of photo inscription, however, his name, dates of birth and death, as well as his epitaph were all VERY thinly inscribed. This concerns us as erosion and other natural processes wear away at stones over time. Compared to other photo inscribed grave stones near his in the cemetery, his is BY FAR the most thinly inscribed. Our fear is that over a shorter period of time, his photo and words will wear away. Because we are not local to the grave, we cannot even take the conspicuous measures any loved one WOULD to prevent this erosion and provide exceptional care to the stone. So the review is this: overall: the product appears as intended and thankfully arrived on time. However, the heartache and worry created when dealing with this provider made the process unnecessarily difficult. I rated two stars GENEROUSLY. Two stars were well earned. Beware.

Joseph at Everlife Memorials did a fantastic job with my mother's headstone. Was willing to work with me on the production of the image and go the extra mile with the graphic artist to get the job done in an outstanding fashion. I would highly recommend Everlife Memorials.

Thank you Everlife Memorials. I was searching for a burial vault to protect my parents companion urn, which was a beautiful wood box. I looked at the website and found the Polyguard Urn Vault, #KE-52699-1. It seemed perfect but I wanted to be sure so I called. The customer service representative was very knowledgeable regarding the product, was helpful and compassionate. The measurements were accurate, and it fits perfectly. It shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. Thank you Everlife Memorials.

I was completely satisfied with the quality of product and service from Everlife Memorials. Our parent's bronze marker was complete, but we needed to add a death date scroll after my mother's passing. The cemetery quote was prohibitively expense. Through an on-line search, I was able to find Everlife. At first, I was hesitant not knowing if the scroll measurement would correspond to the screw holes and whether the font would be compatible since the original bronze marker was installed over 40 years ago. The courteous customer service personnel guided me through the process. Both were exact. And we saved almost 50% of the cost as quoted by the cemetery. Thank you, Everlife!

Our first contact with Joseph (owner of Everlife) and Esmeralda (office administrator) was in 2007 after my mom's passing. As with any loss of a loved one this was a difficult time for us. The dignity and respect our family was shown as we navigated the process of choosing a headstone that would honor my mom and include my dad's wishes was much appreciated. Joseph and Esmeralda stayed in constant communication with me during the ordering, design, and creation of our chosen headstone. This was especially important to us as we did not live in the south Texas area but called it home. Eight years later, my husband and I both lost our dads. Once again, we reached out to Everlife Memorials. The same gentle dignity and respect was extended to my mother-in-law as she navigated through the details of choosing and designing my father-in-law's headstone. In early 2020, my husband and I decided to have our headstone designed and created. The following 18 months Covid would create a bit of havoc for Everlife as materials required for our chosen memorial would be delayed more than once. That was the least of hurdles Joseph and Esmeralda would tackle. Their patience answering my many questions, willingness to create very detailed images upon our request, and magnificent attitude as we communicated via telephone, emails, and in person when we made our way to south Texas was phenomenal. I feel like we've come full circle. Everlife's work allows us to honor our parents and reflects the love they had for one another and they shared with us. We know one day we will be in need of their assistance again and it is comforting knowing the same level of professionalism and care will be received.

We ordered a memorial gravestone from Everlife for our beloved family pet, who passed away in November. Our family was so impressed with the artistry and workmanship of the memorial. The Everlife team followed our instructions to the letter and the quality of the craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. It was such a beautiful tribute to our beloved pet! And we must say that receiving it was like a ray of sunshine during a very difficult and sorrowful time. Thank you, Everlife, for your excellent work!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Everlife Memorials, Joseph McCabe and staff. After a year of dealing with other companies I made one phone call to Joseph and within minutes had a quote and one day later a proof of the memorial. He went above and beyond to accommodate our request. The craftsmanship and finished product was far better than we could have hoped for. The stone turned out perfectly and was exactly what we wanted. It was a custom order but he had it finished and installed in less than 3 months. He also helped me with a date marker and went above and beyond for this as well. I would also like to point out this was all done by phone and email. Best company experience I have had in a long time.

I am so happy. I selected them mainly because they are the only business with a physical address, and I don't trust companies that don't. They were so kind, so helpful, so prompt in answering all my questions. My pet's marker is so beautiful. All my friends have praised it. I feel confident having done the right thing by my beautiful Rosie.

I ordered a memorial light that looked great on line but did not working properly, not because it is damaged just because it is not designed correctly.I had really hard time dealing with their customer support trying to return this product. As any person who lost their beloved companion would understand, I am going through a hard time dealing with my loss; I feel that Everlife Memorials instead of being sympathetic and helpful are being the exact opposite of it. They are very difficult to deal with. Their return policy is one of the worst, and keeps getting worse. Unless you enjoy calling and emailing customer support several times just to get an answer, look for a better place!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. They made a very difficult time for my husband and I much easier and now we have a memorial of a beloved pet to mark her plot forever in her honor. Her exact likeness as carefully printed on the stone and my husband cried when he saw it. It was so sweet. Their process was easy, thorough and expedient and the staff was compassionate and very kind.
