Estrada’s Mexican Steak House

we were greeted immediately, super quick & friendly service. spotlessly clean tables & floors. complimentary chips & salsa were great. salsa had a nice bite to it. 3 of us ordered the daily special: cheese enchiladas, rice & beans. 1 of us ordered bean & cheese nachos. generous portions, but we had no leftovers. were just passing thru the area. if we lived nearby, would definitely be "regulars".

I rate restaurants on 4 core values which is Customer Service, Taste of food, Price & Cleanliness.Service - Is okay. It's not bad but they also don't go out of the way to do anything extra. There is no host, so you have to seat yourself. Waiter would just forget items here and there but pretty much ok.Taste - brisket nachos were good and a very good price..Value - we had the brisket nachos and they were very delicious. Didn't even order the main meal because we got stuffed. $11.99 very cheap for the price of food.Cleanliness- Despite the outside look the inside is clean. No male and female separate restrooms. Overall - I recommend this place. Food is tasteful and delicious but don't expect much for customer service and you'll come out happy.

Since my initial visit, I have been back twice more. My second visit was having their daily special, which was a baked potato with asada. Overall it was prepared well and had good flavor. Today I tried a to-go plate which was a 1/2lbs cheese burger and the brisket burger. Both items were prepared quickly and fresh. The brisket burger had lots of flavor and a decent amount of BBQ sauce. Both were served with French fries, that were pretty typical (however, they are not known for their French fries). Still highly rated for their food and service.

Steaks are excellent. Mexican food is upper middle. In an area not known for restaurants. Love the effort, and will keep going back to see how it evolves!

Excellent! My husband and I ate here for dinner on a Friday. The portions are large and the meat is tender and delicious. I ordered the brisket quesadillas and my husband ordered the steak. Very pleased with both. I had much to take home for the next day. The service is friendly and attentive. I am excited to return and try another entrée. The atmosphere is relaxing and pleasant and the prices affordable. Love it.

The steak was SOOO good! The chips and the Salas was also delicious, would definitely recommend!

This is our favorite Mexican restaurant in Rockport. I had the La quesadilla gigante and my husband had the green chili enchiladas. We both enjoyed our meals very much. The service was excellent too. We will definitely be going back!

The ambiance is non existent. It's a warehouse with cement floors.Service was reasonably good, but we were one of only two tables.The birria taco was pretty tasty and well seasoned. We also ordered the 28oz steak Fajitas. The portion size was enormous and fed 2 of us a whole second meal. But when ordering fajitas you expect peppers or some veggies along with the steak. Not so here... Some grilled onions and steak. And while the steak was good quality it was woefully under seasoned. It just tasted like grilled steak. Overall it wasn't the greatest experience, but I guess I've had worse too.

Our fourth time visiting Estrada's and it never disappoints! Starting w/their complimentary chips & delicious salsa, to their service & wonderful food! I've had their red enchiladas which is a popular dish, their quesadillas & today their beef & cheese flautas. They have homemade corn tortillas, flavorful charro beans w/chicharrones & the beer is also served very cold. My husband always orders the rib plate but may order a steak next time. We'll keep coming back for sure!!

Great good for great prices and better than a lot of the other Mexican restaurants in the area.
