My name is Adrianne Zamora, When I moved in these apartment last year, I've had no problems with anything. The office staff are amazing ladies, (Morgan,Mel) & all the other staff and workers. I've never felt more at home than here at Encore Crossing. I love how peaceful this place is.. They are always willing to help you in what ever area you need. I am glad to call it home. Keep up the amazing work!

I used to like it here. The new management seems unresponsive. The security gates have been out for months, there is dog feces everywhere, and parking is a nightmare. Sometimes I have to park 100 yards from my apartment. I am disabled and sometimes find that difficult. We rented a parking space closer to home. If handicapped is available then I park there. If not, I park in the paid space. I have never had a placard for the space on my vehicle. My wife does and will park in the space if I'm not there. Last night my van was towed because I don't have a placard. Went to the office and was told that "they started enforcing the parking". No notice of a change, just towed the car of a person on disability.

These people are corrupt . We moved out in July of 2023, paid Julys rent and was done with it. Now we are getting billed saying we owe the month of Julys rent Along with August's water and trash (granted we moved out in July so don't know we are getting billed for utilities that we never used!!) We called and emailed the management company with proof of bank statements of paid rent. The advised it would be under review and to give them 2 weeks. We called them after the 2 weeks and were advised the Encore crossing office has no proof of payment in July and this will have to be escalated to upper management, to give them another 10 days. We are still getting a bill from them advising we still owe! Also when we had renewed our lease back in July of 2022 they lost our lease agreement!!! That should have been one red flag. The apartments have roach infestation problems (The German cockroach) and the gates never work

If i could rate 0 stara, i definitely would. We have lived here for a year and a half now, and our dishwasher has never properly worked. Good luck if you ever need yours fixed. Currently going on 3 weeks, and they still have yet to respond to the work order we have recently submitted. They do not care. you can call, go in person, talk to the maintenance, and the best answer they'll give you is "oh yeah we'll try and send someone out there" "let me get back to you on that" "let me call you back" THEY NEVER CALL BACK. I literally catch the maintenance workers and talk to them in person about it. Nothing changes. it's RIDICULOUS. manager told me months ago that the new dishwashers they ordered and got in, 1 was supposed to be ours and replace our current one. NEVER HAPPENED. office and maintenance sucks!!!!! Do yourself a favor and don't move here. it's problem after problem. Also have a roach proborn, which we take upon ourselves to spray continuously and they never go away. We constantly have mold in our bathrooms, bedroom closets and such. Which is disgusting considering we have a baby. i could go on and on. Look elsewhere.

This apartment is very corrupt when you try to break your lease. I was a resident from July of 2021 to April of 2023. I work as a contractor for our federal military and got transferred for work. I signed up to break my lease on April 14th 2023 and was told i needed to pay a 60 day notice. After requesting multiple times in writing for my total amount, I finally received a verbal agreement that i just needed to pay May's rent and pro-rated for June. This totaled around 2400. After i paid this, I received an additional bill for:60 day lease break: 2658Early termination fee: 2658So in total, they expected me to pay upwards of 8k when had i not broke my lease, i would have just paid around 6k. The place was clean when i moved out and they tried pinging me for damages that were pre-existing. The roof had a leak when i moved in and it damaged my carpet. They tried charging me 840 for new carpet (they were going to replace it anyway) and on top of that, another 250 to "clean carpets." This place is very corrupt, infested with cock roaches, and the management team rotates out every few months and no one is on the same page. I literally had 3 different people tell me 3 different prices for my lease break. Car break ins, broken security gates, loud neighbors, live somewhere else in Corpus. There are way nicer places for cheaper.....ignore the photos online of the units, they look nothing like the pics!

I've lived here for 3 years and their pool is constantly packed with people who are non residents and leave it trashed and filthy(ruin and break the 1 out of 5 chairs available). When the pool is not only unavailable to the residents that actually pay to use these amenities, it is closed for unknown reasons. The front office never answers the phone to even try and speak with someone about issues. There has been multiple car break ins and people pretending to be staff members knocking on others doors. The front gate has probably worked for a total of 40 days out of the almost 1200 days we've lived here. It's absolutely ridiculous.
