BOTTOM LINE.... FOUND OUT FROM A FRIEND, NOT THE DAYCARE, THAT WE LOST OUR SPOT FOR KUR CHILD BECAUSE WE COULDN'T AFFORD A WEEK.TOLD THEY LOST THE SUNSCREEN FOR OUR CHILD/ WE WEREN'T SUPPOSED TO LEAVE SUNSCREEN THERE FOR OUR CHILD TO USE WHEN SHE GOES OUTSIDE AND WE NEED TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PUTTING IT ON IN THE MORNING WHEN THEY DON'T GO OUTSIDE UNTIL LATE AFTERNOONExtremely disappointed with the treatment received from this daycare! At first we moved our child to this daycare from Kinder Care that she was at previously because we were having issues with sunscreen not being applied to our child even after providing our own sunscreen and signing a waiver giving permission for our child to receive sunscreen before going to play outside. Kinder care however managed to neglect our request for sunscreen for our child (who is pale) and let us pick her up red as a lobster on more than one occasion. When questioned about this incident we were told that the lady watching our child was new and did not know about any sunscreen. After this crap we decided to change daycares to enchanted Childrens Academy because we had a friend who worked there and we were reassured that there were cameras there which they didn't have at kinder care; however, these so called cameras didn't seem to help any matters considering our 3 year old girl came home one day with red marks all over her arm looking like someone had gripped her arm and tugged her around. After asking our child about the injury she consistently said the teacher grabbed her but after confronting the daycare it just so happens they the incident happened outside where cameras were not facing so we received no resolution for the incident of our child being injured other than there were children fighting over a broom (not sure how that is supposed to be outside where children play) and she was injured that way.This daycare charges by the week which is nice for family's that don't have he money on hand to pay for a full month up front! The main reason I am posting this poor review however is because gigs last week we could not afford to pay for our child to go to daycare for the week because of bills and such.Instead of contacting us to inquire about our child not showing up on MondayThey told our fiend who works there part time to tell us to pick up our child's stuff insinuating that we have lost our spot in this exclusive daycareNot a single administrator or person in charge had asked us about our child missing this week of daycare. It feels like we were just written off as soon as we didn't put money in their pockets.Keep in mind many people who have their children here get it through the workforce commission or whatever it is called so they don't have to pay out of pocket anywayAs a last note the reason I brought up that sunscreen issue at the beginning of this rant is we just found out that our child had not been given sunscreen at this daycare either even though that was a reason we left kinder care and we asked the people I. Charge here they told us we weren't supposed to leave sunscreen for our child there (even though we did with her name on day one and no one told us differently) and they told us it was our responsibility to apply sunscreen to our child even though we drop her off at 8am and pick her up around 5pm and they don't go outside until afternoonSunscreen doesn't last that long so how would applying sunscreen at 7:30am benefit a white pale child at 2 or 3,4,5 pm
