DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. If I could give ZERO stars, I would!! I ordered a couch 2 months ago and still haven't received it. I've been given different expectant delivery dates from day one. My patience has finally ran out. The GM, Lonnie Rocha has done absolutely nothing to help the matter, which tells me that he doesn't care about the customers or his business. Save yourself the frustration & the hassle. Go someplace else to shop. Avoid this place like the plaque. This place is s scam & a joke.

We were looking for a home office desk. We looked around briefly and didn't see any so we asked the salesman. He directed us to their online store that was on a large screen right there in the store. As we are looking we notice there are no prices listed even when we put an item in our electronic cart - it had no price, no total amount. So I ask the salesman. He then responds "Oh is price a consideration?" Of course price is a consideration! He says that we must decide first, then he will look up the availability of the item and the price ... since pricing fluctuates. We said Thank you and left. We then drove a block down the highway to another furniture store which happened to be a sister store (unbeknownst to us). We walk in and ask about office furniture, same response about looking at the online store. We ask if prices are listed. They say "Oh you were just at our other store" Uhm -ok. I guess the stores called each other. When we say we really would like to see the pricing upfront and say Thank you and start to leave. The guy at the register called out "Asshole". What? We did nothing to deserve that! Unprofessional and completely uncalled for! Just because we wanted to see the prices of the furniture upfront! Really?

Poor Customer Service! Sure they were great when you first walk in the door, yes they helped you and showed you their merchandise - but once you left the store or ordered something from them - ABSOLUTELY NO FOLLOW UP OR CONTACT!!! I even called Chrystal and told her specifically after she had failed to notify us about a delay in the arrival of our furniture - I told her...."After we purchase this bedroom furniture, we will then need living room furniture. The most important thing to me is CUSTOMER SERVICE, so will you be able to provide good customer service to me in the future?" Of course she said yes (what else would she say). And then one week later - she did THE SAME THING - no follow up - no follow through!! They never called us to tell us that our furniture is not arriving on time AGAIN!!! If we had not called them the day before we were scheduled to pick up - we would have never known!! Please define customer service for me!!

these people are so umprofessional.... they seem very professional at first glance however after purchasing merchandise from them and paying in full they told me the day it would be deliverd. i called that morning to see what time they told me they would call me and let me know... 3 hrs later i called back were they continued to give me the run around telling me they would return my calls.. the next morning i called back and they said that my merchandise would be delivered after work hours again waiting all day long and calling they said it was raining and they couldnt deliver due to rain... they charged almost a hundred dollars for deleivery and come to find out are delivering from the back of a pick up truck.. no wonder they couldnt deliver in the rain,,,, they have given me nothing but the run around since.. i wouldnt suggest this place to my worst enemy much less someone i cared about
