I stopped in for some tacos and I wanted to be mad because they were pretty small. But the flavor made up for it. Amazing. There is something magic going on. Need to stop here for lunch.

The pork chop plate is my favorite here.It's hard not to pick them up, hold them by the bone and eat them like a cave man. They are that good.Service is fast. I like the two color chips they serve complimentary. Salsa is also good, not so hot that you can't taste your food when it comes.A good lunch spot and I think is is definitely the best in Stockdale.

We were so hungry I forgot to take pictures. The kids had the pancake plate and the adults had tacos. The tortillas are huge and homemade. Perfect thickness and melt in your mouth. The homemade salsa's were delicious with perfect heat. The eggs were scrambled with butter and delicious !! The food was authentic, the staff were friendly and kind. This is a hidden gem!!! If your passing through on 123, STOP!! You won't regret it!!

The BEST Migas and Salsa Verde in TEXAS! We travel to many restaurants and none of them have anything on Emmy's! We drive from SA all the way to Stockdale to eat their Migas, The tea is fabulous too!

Just out of towners passing thru and looking for lunch. Pleasantly surprised.! The Chile Rellenos were the best part. Reminded us of New Mexico. Great service also!

I have never been here. The food was good and hot. The food was not greasy. The tea was exceptional. Betsy came by 5 times to ask if I needed a refill. Best service I have had in a long time. I will be back.

Extremely friendly staff took my order over the phone they requested 10 minutes, I was there in 5. Walking they asked if I ordered and in a minute my order was ready to go. 5 tacos to go (Bean & Bacon and carne guisada both with cheese and their green salsa. The flour tortillas great, filling above average and salsa not hot enough but tasty.

I get tacos on the way to work regularly and the Tacos are amazing and the green salsa is top tier ..

What mexican restaurant in south Texas doesn't include salsa??? They always forget something that is clearly listed on the menu (i.e. flautas with sour cream and guac...no sour cream and/or no guac). Rude staff, sub par food and NO salsa! I tried the migas based on a previous review "BEST migas in Texas" - eggs with cheese. That person must be from Odessa.

no salsa just a hot sauce for the chips. the chips were good. the water and the ice tea was good. The puffy tacos were horrible the meat was gray and didn't taste like beef so bad we couldn't finish the meal. The flour tortillas were cakey and tasted like chalk. We also had the Al a carte beef fajita tacos with good flavor but the meat was so tough i chewed and chewed and chewed i grew muscles on my cheek bones. The charro beans just met standard.
