Emma's Nails & Spa

I do NOT recommend this place. When I walked in, I was ignored, I waiting an hour and a half to be approached. There were only four people in the lobby, yet it took them that long to notice I was there. I got an acrylic set with designs on my ring fingers. I'm going to be honest, they were beautiful! Aside from the fact that the manicurist made 3 of my fingers bleed, and drilled one nail so short that the whole nail came off. I also got a pedicure, and the man that was doing my pedicure filled the tub with cold water, and left me there while he went to go smoke a cigarette for 20 MINUTES! The pricing was decent considering I got an acrylic set with designs, and a pedicure it was $110 and I left a $10 tip. The next day I was going to pick up my phone and my nail completely just falls off! Just clean off! It didn't hurt or anything, but the set cost $55 and didn't even last a full 24 hours. I'm so disappointed, because I really loved these nails, and I was so impressed and proud of them, but I will absolutely not be going back to Emma's nails because of this.

Very clean. Lots of pedicure chairs. Wait on walk ins is reasonable on busy weekends. They do it all. SNS , gel and acrylic.

Staff was really nice but too expensive for my taste. My stylist I had didn't speak English and I didn't understand exactly what I wanted. Not her fault more of a miscommunication. Though I did show her a picture. It was nice but not worth 45 dollars. Design came out wrong supposed to be small gold triangles very rough looking so had her only do it on one nail/toenail. Should have taken a picture. My friends nails looked really good they all went pretty simple minus the bride.Just be cautious if you want a certain design maybe show them at the front desk first.

First time here and I was impressed with the space and the care I received. This will be my new "Go To" place for nails

Loved getting my nails done here, but last 3 times I've gone my acrylic nails never last more than a week (usually can go close to 3). This last time, after losing 4 nails, I decided to take them all off and 4 fingers had a fungus.

Just move to Rockport and the girl did a great job on my nails. Nail are holding out. Great job!!

I was hesitant to go here due to lower Yelp reviews. However, I called several other salons and they were outrageously priced. It was rainy on our Rockport vacay, so my mom and I wanted to get out and get our nails done. I'm so glad we chose Emma's!!! I got Luminary nails and mom got acrylic fills, with two colors of gel polish. For both of us, it was $75. It would cost that for 1 person in San Antonio! Nelly, my nail tech was so wonderful, I wish she worked closer to me. I will most definitely return to Emma's and request Nelly anytime I'm in Rockport.

Pedicure! Waited an hour and was told it would only be 15 minutes. They kept doing people's nails in front of me! Will not be back.

2 ND time here Was overcharged 20 dollars after agreeing to a pedi at 40 and a set of acrylic nails at 35 was charged 95 dollars and told at the time of payment it was because of the my polish on my toes. At no time was any additional charge spoke of. Will not be returning.
