Stopped in to try this restaurant because it appeared to be under a new name and I now wise I would have just driven by. Inside is extremely dark, but cozy. The major issue was with the food, and well, the lack of identity.I ordered a Burrito to go and lemonade. Eagle Pass has a few restaurants that have amazing lemonade; this was not one of them. The lemonade was warm, even though it was on ice, and my first sip I almost swallowed a seed. The burrito was a hearty size, but I wish it was smaller, that way I would not have felt as bad about getting rid of it. The entire thing was burnt. Not just the tortilla , the steak ad beans as well. It was extremely unpleasant. I'm just glad I went by myself because I would have hated to put more money into such an awful meal. The food needs to improve here greatly if they hope to continue to attract people in, as it is not in a convenient location. One has to make an effort to go to this establishment. They also need to band better. The sign on the building say Los Güeros but the inside says Elote Factory. Then some of the window dressing says something about a donkey. It's really confusing. I wish them luck and hope they get they act together and succeed, but it will be a long time before I return.
