HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!! we booked services for my daughters Quinceanera the ac didn't work the bus broke down several times I paid off the balance a month in advance and they were trying to charge me $225 more when I confirmed the rental the day before the drinks they provided were in melted ice that looked like it had been sitting there the water literally tasted like the old water it was sitting in and instead of the driver apologizing he asked for a tip I paid close to $600 for horrible service

They showed up with one bus broke. The other bus was 1 hour and 25 Mins late caused our kids to miss their event. I understand things happen but if they were honest about how quickly they could recover we could have still made the event. Instead they kept saying 20-30 mins longer until 1 hour and 25 mins pasted. Then they offered to give me $150 discount on a $3000 bill. I will never use the people again.

My husband and I chose Elegant Limo for our getaway car for date night. It was a last minute reservation. The team was professional and responsive to us from start to finish. They quickly sent us a quote and had the car at our house within the hour. I highly recommend this company their customer service experience is stellar.
