El Sol de Mexico

Stopped in for a quick bite. The beef fajita burrito is HUGE! The beef is great! Loved it! The service was good too. I was a little confused as the original server left and another server took over. Wish she would have let us know. The place gets crowded and the large chairs end up bumping into one another. Come early!

We sat ourself, waited a while but no one greeted us. There was only two tables when we arrived, they were cleaning in the front and saw us. I went to find a server and she then gave us a menu. After that we ordered, but the food was great and margarita was amazing. I will come back because food was so good! Service could be better.

Nothing to add from my previous review except an extra star, because El Sol deserves all five (5) in my book!

Food is the best in town, marinated asada must try! Service is always great! Place is always busy and ambiance is calm.

Food is always great cooked the way I ordered it and is delicious every time. Love their flour chips, it's hard to get them crispy without making them hard or burning them but they do it. The restaurant is clean and you will rarely see dirty tables. My only complaint is the guacamole. Theirs is only smashed avocado. I prefer the red onion, jalapeños, little tomato and a little lime, but here you'll just get smashed avocados.

Food was delicious and quick. Salsa was a bit mild for my taste, but flavorful. Staff was quick and efficient.

So we visited for late breakfast on weekend, these people nickel n diming coins for late breakfast requests. Most people like to sleep in on weekends then grab breakfast... Seriously? All prices go up, significant especially breakfast tacos, plus they have increased their credit card fees. While food is decent service is good they are gouging customers with their additional fees. Not good for loyal customers. We've been going here regularly for years and now will not due to their silly greedy mark up fees.

The best crispy tripa taco in corpus christi ! On everheart and corona .Don't forget the avacado.The best you wont regret.

don't order the fish tacos they are disappointing and barley give you any fish. I was a loyal customer but after this and they refused to fix it I won't be back!

This by far is the worst mexican restraunt on the face of this earth! There staff is absolutely horrible! The manager aka the owner is extremely rude an will rip you off in any way he can. This guy disrespects young and elderly people my mother who's in her 70s made a complaint about the food an didn't bother to lower the cost or refund instead he felt like he or his crew did nothing wrong. These people are just a bunch of crooks an should not be in business!
