Delicious food with the best price! Perfect menu mix. The family who owns this cozy restaurant are great people who love to give back to our community. You will feel like part of their family when you leave! Service is good! Red & green salsa is good!

Found this place on Yelp and it had good reviews. Nice place. I really liked coming in and hearing KSBJ playing. Staff were very friendly and professional. Food was pretty good, not great. I got El Pastor and the flavor was good but a little dry. I'd recommend giving it a shot.

I just moved into the area and when I searched for Mexican El Potrillo popped up! I was looking for something not too heavy (no red meat) and was feeling seafood but I am also really picky on shrimp. After reading many of the delicious options I chose, the Izzeli Chicken pictured here! The chicken and shrimp both had such a good flavor. The veggies on top had a spicy kick and also seasoned ! Will be t getting the other chicken and seafood lied options and can't wait to try their fajitas next!!

My husband and Is go to place. Friendly staff, and owner. Great food. The green sauce is my FAVORITE. Never disappoints!

This is my wife's favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. She loves the green salsa and the marinated chicken taco salad. I enjoy the chips and red salsa. I have always enjoyed everything that I have ordered.

Had the enchiladas and fried tacos dinners, very good. Hamburger meat was flavorful, beans and rice superb. Enjoyed everything was made from scratch.

I arrived at 9:20 ish, and I was told they were closing early due to it being slow. I'm confused when did a boss tell their waitresses/ COOKS to go home before their restaurant hours closed ?? keep in mind I called at 9ish to place my order which they didn't answer ON PURPOSE. they could have at least answered and stated they were CLOSED. People drive all the way here for no reason just because your restaurant wants to close at THEIR own time rather than what is posted on the internet. I feel for the waitresses as I was a waitress for a long time. But as a restaurant we NEVER closed early due to us advertising our times. I am VERY disappointed, as it is a small town and there's not much here you would think this restaurant would do its best to follow their times. Let's just say I will never come here to give my business again for this unprofessionalism.

We have now eaten here 3 times since we moved to town. The Norteño soup is the best I've ever had! Service is excellent and quick.

Best food in town, they have an off menu item called the El Portillo Platter that has a flauta, nachos, and a quesadilla.
