El Norteno Mexican Food

Great food! I got a torta with nopales and refried beans and an ice cold horchata hmmm!! Place is very simple no frills but yummy food is all that matters. Service was quick and attentive! The price was right as well!

We go to El Norteno's every Saturday and Sunday for breakfast excellent service good food. Friendly Atmosphere. Reasonable prices.

Food is good ! Prices are reasonable, the service is good also, plenty of seats! They also have a great Michaladas they are worth a visit!

It was okay. The reviews were good so we thought we'd try it. The special was the Mexican Plate. Asked for onions cooked on the enchiladas but they weren't. The flavor just seemed off. We did arrive after the lunch rush. The taco and rice were good. My wife's burrito was good but not great. The staff were friendly. All said I don't think we'll return.

I've been looking for an affordable place that sells really good Mexican food not Tex mex and this place is somewhere were I'd definitely recommend to my friends and I'll definitely be coming back. Just reminds me of being back home and ordering in Spanish (yes, the works do understand English too)

Great nachos. It's a nice restaurant to eat. They serve beer too. Quesadillas were good too.

Found this joint off searching for Mexican food in Victoria. This was one of the top rated places on Yelp. I had torta sandwich which was delicious. Highly recommend it if you are driving along 77 or 59.

Wife and I have visited this place last night amongst a few other times the beer is cold and usually cheaper than anywhere else the food is great service is really good cleanliness is usually a plus and deserts are fantastic
