Great food horrible service they ignored us and the food took a whole hour but it was quiet

Ordered 2 parilladas and a burger with fries, waitress said it would be 30 minutes. We waited and waited and waited. Finally the waitress said they were just waiting on the burger. We got our food and the burger was warm but the fries were cold and hard. If they took this long to make a burger why serve it with cold hard fries? Make them fresh. Quesadillas on the parilladas were cold as well. Overall not that good, total disappointment.

Giant portion. Not as good as the one in Roma. Womp womp. Service was slow. Flavor wasn't there. Not what it used to be.

What stood out the most to me was how excessively greasy everything was. I had the chicken flautas combo, the chicken needed more spices and they dump a mound full of guacamole that is in desperate need of salt. I couldn't even finish the beans because of the weird flavor. I'm not sure if they are frying them in chicken grease or what. No complaints about the rice. My husband has the tripas and basically had the same complaints as me, in need of seasonings. I love that they make their tortillas from scratch and they are delicious!

The food is great, but they give a less waiting time than anticipated. I ordered and was told 30 minutes, I was there over 40.

They said they will only take 20 minutes but they took a whole hour so zero I was disappointed on this I really think I should have gotten a little discount Atles

Love my carne asada and I'm good at bbqing but when i don't have a chance I order at Jaripeo and they always come through. I also love the loaded potato with meat and cheese, how do they make a papa that big?

The food is great! When I come to the valley the first place I go to is "el jaripeo tacos"

I would not recommend this place to anyone, ordered for 2 people and waited about an hour, food was very sloppy served. Not worth the wait or money. Horrible customer service, not very organized I would suggest if they know how busy they get to hire more people in the kitchen.

If I was not recommended to go , I would never go inside this place , but my experience it was fantastic , you really should try without doubt ....
