My favorite restaurant ever! I've never had a bad meal there! The tacos a la mexicana are usually my go to. The best!!!

I love Tex Mex food and this is as good as it gets. The tacos were awesome, rice was good, beans were good but I prefer frijoles a la charra. I will definitely be back.

Delicious enchiladas huge portions .Very friendly and attentive staff. Our lunch was served quickly. Home made chips and salsa.

Some days the salsa is more flavorful and some days it is bland.Pollo in mole: Mouth-watering! A bit more sweet than savory with a spicy kick! Served over shredded chicken breast. I don't know of any other restaurant that serves it like this. Such a treat.This has become one of our favorite Mexican restaurants. Always a treat!

The best mole ever! Best chips ever and the guacamole is huge! The staff took care of us and the service was fast and friendly!

Stopped here for dinner cause we were in the mood for some Mexican food. Everything tasted so good service was fast and prompt. Enchiladas were excellent and the poblano pepper was so delicious we will definitely be back for dinner next time we're out here again hunting again.

Have you ever seen Ratatouille? When the food critic tastes the Ratatouille, and it takes him back to his mother's kitchen? We went to el Gallito, ordered Bistek Ranchero with Flour Tortillas. Let me tell you, as soon as I opened the tortilla holder the smell of the fresh Tortillas took me back to my mom's kitchen. As crazy as it sounds, almost made me cry, especially because my mom's been gone for 10 years. The Tortillas smeeled like flour, they were soft, pliable & delicious. This is very good hood & fast, friendly service. I shared my experience with my waitress & she shared it with the tortilla lady in the kitchen. It's good Mexican food in SB & the sweet tea rocks!

We came for breakfast, the staff is very friendly. Different plate options than usual menus. The service & food is excellent! Bacon is cooked completely & crisp. Homemade tortillas are delicious. The french toast was great. The menudo was very flavorful too. You have to try the Gordita breakfast plate!

There was no taste in food. It was bland. Staff was very attentive. Parking is very limited.
