The place is a scam. Go to an independent mechanic. I got a flat tire and when I went to change it the lug nuts to were stripped and on so tight that I was unable to use the tire iron go change my flat. Two of the nuts had to be broken off and I had to have them all replaced. When I approached them about it they lied to me and gave me all kinds of excuses about how the impact that caused the flat caused the screws to be stripped. The General Manager, Jack Powers, asked his technician at the mercedes dealership what could all could have caused it. The technician said the only thing that could have caused the lug nuts to cross-thread was them being forced on by an impact wrench. When I went to Discount Tire to replace the supposedly bent wheel that caused the flat, Discount Tire found a puncture and the wheel didn't need to be replaced.

Service was wonderful. Smiley met me with a smile and provided wonderful client service. I asked for a discount coupon and he said that there is one currently active which was applied to my bill. However, in fairness to your Infiniti competitors, when you visit their websites, they have tons of meaningful coupons in their adds that helps offset the service cost. I wish Ed Hicks would do the same but maybe limiting it due to lack of competition in the area. The customer lounge is kept clean but always lacking in snacks such as fresh fruits and fresh cookies. At 3:30 PM, there was one cookie left. The coffee selection was good though. When I got my vehicle, it was washed and vacuumed. Two of my complaints last time I visited for service which were addressed this time. So maybe this time, Infiniti would also like to address other areas that I've mentioned in order to increase client satisfaction at its best.

The service department does an excellent job. This is the only place with an in ground alignment rack for any of you with lowered cars. This is a big help!

I had the air bag warranty work done at Ed Hicks Infiniti. Broke the dash. Broke the plastic component. Broke the gps / map. Kept the car four days and the service manager said he had no idea it was there but for $600 he could fix it, crooks with no integrity. Shop Houston

This dealership's customer service is garbage. Aside from the service department. The sales manager is a procrastinating lier, and the financial lady can't do her job in a timely manner. They can't even hire a receptionist to answer the phone correctly.

Super happy. Ed has recently hired a guy, Tommy. Not only did Tommy give up his lunch hour to see the sale go through, here ran around the lot in the rain, got soaking wet and brought me cars to test drive. Above and beyond. Tommy not only promised to fill up the car I bought, but have me a"rain check" as the car had a full tank. (I stopped by a month later to collect on the promised fuel and he held to his word) TOTALLY IMPRESSED. Love the car, it's a perfect match for my life. The oil change service was stellar. The were not only on time with my appointment, but everything went perfectly. Mr. Hicks met with me, and is a wonderful businessman. He is committed to customer service and satisfaction. I plan to return to this dealership for the service department and for my next Nissan. I highly recommend Tommy and Ed Hicks Nissan to all.
