This place is clean. I've called to get assist on a repair. I was given appointment within seven days. I was given a loaner. The crew is very helpful. This was my second visit.

Update on my review , had some issues with the service dept in the past but i have to say the sales team is by far the most helpful and friendly i have ever seen , my man Roy Tovar stayed late so he could answer all my concerns and queries . Try to help getting the best trade-in offers . Will be recommending the dealership to my close ones and family! Cheers.

What a great experience!Worked with Marti tonight to get our new C43.We have been both loyal to the brand as well as to Ed Hicks, and decided to move from a GLE to a sedan. I purchased my Mercedes in August and received a great value for my trade in and the sales department and everyone in general was very accommodating. The returned visit for service was outstanding and I felt cared for.

Service is usually very good. Sometimes they have loaner cars. Hopefully they do today. They seem a little confused and don't have my name on the list for a loaner. It is very clean here as usual and everyone is very nice and cordial as usual. Yes. They do have a loaner but not as nice as my car. Lots of paperwork just for a loaner.

Amazing experience and customer service!! Went in for broken AC with no appointment and they were happy to squeeze me in during their fully booked out morning. Service department was efficient and transparent and I paid significantly under what I thought it would be! I also test drive some vehicles as I am looking to upgrade in the next year or so. Mercedes and the sales team were so great and I had so much for on the test drives! All in all, I've been to five different Mercedes dealerships throughout my moves and this has been one of the best.

Service assistant was very helpful in getting my 550SL in, in a timely.He and a technician went over my issues relative to getting the hard top Convertible operating correctly.Took 9 days to get parts in and get it fixed, which was ok for me as I was going on vacation and the provided me with a nice new Mercedes SUV.The problem was, before I left the dealership I attempted to put the top down, the Convertible top would not work.I went back to the service department and let them know. They took the car back to the service area and about a half hour later they brought the car to me, still not working, and told me it was a low battery problem. NOTE: There compressive car inspection indicated that batteries were in good shape???They indicated that if I drove it for a while and/or charged the auxiliary battery it should probably work properly.Wouldn't you think that they would have checked the operation out before releasing the car to me, and charge the auxiliary battery if it was needed???I drove the car a half hour back home and put the top down, it worked fine.Just a bit concerning that they would have made sure the car was in 100% operational relative to the repairs before they gave me the car back.

Really amazing service for my car. The whole department communicates, acts quickly and will shuttle you to where you need to go after you drop off. I Usually avoid dealership service ... but this they are worth it. Service manager Hicks Layton really has gone above and beyond.

No Range Rover dealer in CC TX....WHY???? So.....I decided to check Mercedes Benz dealer for a large sedan......I wound up buying three cars in two years! First Jack was able to arrange an excellent trade in value for my RR (more than Landrover dealer!). Roy/Jack made certain all paperwork was prepared ahead of time so transaction was quick and smooth! .......I hit a huge pot hole one day (Shame on you city management!!!) Wheel and tire replaced within a day by delivering both to my home and installing them!!! Who does that these days??? Other small issues taken care of with friendly service. The loaner they gave one day me was so nice I bought it! Very friendly professional and down to earth sales team (even if they aren't working on your sale). Greeted by numerous employees while there waiting..... My dog is always welcomed with warmth! Staff member went out of her way to provide a bowl of bottled water for her! I am surprised to see so many varieties of M B offered in every price range!! Sales team member ROY is so clever he will even find a car for you no matter what you're looking for...... I highly recommend this dealership.....and Mercedes Benz cars!
