was unable to get my medicine, called to get them to send it to the correct pharmacy so that I could get it and nobody sent it to the correct pharmacy because of that the pharmacy said that it was showing that it would be a too soon to refill even though I don't have it. I went by the office and told them still they didn't send it called back to make sure they fixed it for me so I would have it for the weekend no response till late and then it was too late to call them back and tell them it didn't Get done not happy don't feel very well.

I'm currently waiting for a hearing test after I waited an hour after my appointment time to be seen. I've been waiting for an hour now to be seen for this hearing test. My appointment was for 10 am. I arrived 15 minutes early, with my insurance card in hand and ready to go. Everyone in the waiting room has their phone ringer on full blast, or talking extremely loudly on their phones, or watching TV on their own phones. It's incredibly frustrating to be sitting here waiting for 2 hours and being bombarded with other people's phone calls, phones ringing, or different shows or podcasts on multiple people's phones all competing to be heard. It is now after 12 noon and I am still waiting on my hearing test. Who has time for a 2+ hour appointment (without being notified that it could potentially take that long)? I drove from kingsville and this is going to be a 5 hour long production at this rate and I still need the hearing test and to re-check in with the doctor after that test. A lot of the employees are heading out for lunch as it's after 12 noon now, and I'm just wasting away in the waiting room on 2 hours and 20 minutes of being here. I will be seeking another ENT as I don't have time for 2 hours of driving (to and from) plus a 2+ hour appointment.

Please find a different ENT if you can. I waited 45 minutes in a packed waiting room for my appointment and ended up having to reschedule because they were so behind. And now they are calling me and telling me that they have to reschedule me again and it'll be weeks before I get seen. It also doesn't help that the front desk people are always in a pissed off mood. Horribly run office for sure.

Dr. Troy Creamean has no empathy or compassion. My mother 66 yr old drove 64 miles to see him. She got lost and tried calling their office and they would not answer. She finally got through and they told her how to get there. Her appointment was at 3:30 pm and she got there at 3:41pm. If you are late pass 20 minutes they will not see you. My mom pleaded with them because she was lost and gas has gone up so much. The nurse asked Dr. Creamean and he said no. My mother left there and as soon as she got her car she could not stop crying. That same morning my mother had a stress test due to chest pain and hypertension. We are lucky that this stress and emotion didn't send her to the hospital.

My husband has been struggling with severe sinus and allergy issues for years. Dr. Loeffler is the first doctor we have worked with interested in finding the root of the problem instead of quickly prescribing another round of steroids and antibiotics. Great listener, easygoing sense of humor, and does a wonderful job putting medical information into layman's terms. Highly recommend!

Hubby was referred here from PCP... not the best decision.Very crowded waiting are and exam rooms. Standing room onlyMore like a assembly line and not the atmosphere we appreciate

We saw Dr. Kaden. Waited for 90 minutes, he came in for less than four minutes. Looked in my son's ears, (was a consultation for ear tubes), told us yes, he needs ear tubes. I had questions about surgery, he told us we could always call surgical center where it will be done and they can answer those questions. Just got my bill for $229. Tried to dispute it, his advice was to go see another ENT, and he would not change the price.

Been seeing them for about a year now and every appointment has gone very smooth. Dr. Loeffler is a good ol cowboy doctor. Staff is wonderful and easy going.

The are rude and just don't care about there patients. Had horrible and dangerous nose bleed and they after 3 days can't get my appointment started. Been a old client. The worst and insulting me. I would give them a 1/3 a star but it wasn't available. Advice. You should pass. I have lost energy and blood.

We arrived well before our appointment time and still waited in the car for an hour before being seen. The front desk is beyond unprofessional they are incompetent. My 2 year old son was being seen for a follow up from Surgery the week prior, however, still only one parent was allowed back even though both parents are fully vaccinated. The faculty is gross, and whoever does scheduling needs be fired because obviously this place over schedules appointments based on wait times and the fact that the parking lot is always full! I would rather drive to Houston than waste another second at this place.
