Rhonda at McCains Plumbing is your best. Everytime I have any plumbing problems she manages to get me on the he schedule for repairs Couple months ago and hey we're loaded with work but was able to get a crew put to replace some plumbing. Today was no different. I stopped by and told her o had a leak in my water line to the house and she had a crew there and they had it repaired before the city got there . Everytime I have had a crew come out and make repairs. ( About 5 times in 10 years) from water lines to complete new gas lines they have always been fantastic. I will never use anyone else. Thanks to all your employees for the job they do

Concrete worker building a patio for us a hit a waterline in slab, (yikes). Our home is less than a year old and was plumbed by Dwain McCain Plumbing. Dwain McCain Plumbing ( Trevor and his crew) responded immediately to our call and was at the house in less than an hour! Crew located the punctured water line and also had to find where to kill the hose bib source in the walls and repaired it with minimal damage to our walls. They came back the next day and found another water source to use for a new water spigot to the backyard. Very satisfied , and price was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!

Jake came by and did a great job on adding a gas outlet. Answered all my questions, was efficient, and did exactly what I needed. Great price for a well done job.

Their timing in getting the work done was inconsistent with the time I was given, which left me home waiting for them A LOT, not knowing when exactly they would be there each day. The work that they did was in a restroom that was connected a bedroom. It was a very small restroom. I thought the mess would be contained to that very small area. Instead of telling me that there would be a lot of dust involved so I could cover things, or better still instead of them putting a tarp or something else to contain the mess inside the restroom, they just went to work. The dust not only covered, and still covers the bedroom, it got inside a two way closet and migrated into a room on the opposite side, went out into the hall, and some made its way into my kitchen and living room. After the work was done, everything seemed fine until I discovered that my hot and cold faucets were reversed. I called Joe and he came out and fixed it. Or not. I think he just switched the hoses on the hot and cold, which did not solve the problem. I called him to come back out, and this time it was fixed. I just had a new leak spring up and I have called repeatedly to have him come look at it. My calls were not answered, so I had to call another company that came out this morning and fixed a pipe that was not attached properly. I thought I could trust this company, but my recent calls have gone unanswered, I do not trust them to do work for me anymore. For me, the price was a bit high, but the repairs had to be done and they did work with me to materials that would look good without being too pricey.

Dwain McCain Plumbing is by far the best I've used. The value is well balanced and the staff was great to work with and offered a lot of advice. They made time for my issues and gave tips on what to do in the event I have to replace a cartridge in the shower. I highly recommend them and will use them for future projects.

I have been using McCain for many years, will continue to do so - and sing their praises. They had come highly recommended. Although they've sent different people for all the MANY times I've needed a plumber (major gas leak, dishwasher installation, toilet issues & bathtub drain problems, etc.), every representative has been professional and knowledgeable. I particularly want to give a shout-out to Mario, who really knows his stuff! He gets right to work and does an excellent job. The ladies in the office are very knowledgeable about "all things plumbing" which is a very good sign. My highest recommendation, based not on a "one-shot" repair, but repeated problems. Great to have a "go-to" plumber (wish I had an electrician!).

Terrible customer service. Scheduled a appointment for a gas line repair and they never showed up. I called the following day to find out about the service and they just were not interested in doing the job. Called another plumber to do the job.

Had a pvc gas line that needed to be replaced. Solicted three bids, and McCain was the least expensive and most inclusive (I didn't have to dig at all). They were on the job an hour after I gave them the go ahead and finished work that day. They took care of the permit, called the inspector, and the gas dept. Had my gas service restored in 36 hours. Couldn't be happier with their service; will use them again for any plumbing needs.
