Dutch Bros Coffee

Went through around 10am for two Golden Eagles. Zero line & got our drinks fast! Staff was nice, typical for Dutch Bros. I'd definitely visit this location again!

Ordering ahead is definitely the way to go. Dutch brothers is a laid back on the go option for the working person. I'm not a fan of the muffin tops but the drinks can be customized and there is multiple sugar free options.

After multiple visits, I've formed a solid opinion about this place. Firstly, they use Torani syrups, which are commonly found in many coffee shops, so it doesn't really set them apart. Other places like On the Grind, Jolt, and 7 Brew also use the same brand, easily available at grocery stores.Regarding the espresso, its quality leaves much to be desired. I struggle to taste the espresso in my drinks, even with minimal syrup pumps. Hot drinks have been lukewarm on several occasions. I recently witnessed a drink being made, and the barista poured some out after already adding the espresso due to an overpour, which might explain the lack of coffee flavor. Note that their 'mocha' is made with chocolate milk.Additionally, both small and medium sizes have the same amount of espresso, so those seeking more caffeine are better off just adding an extra shot. The medium size just has more milk and syrup. The music is often excessively loud, and the forced conversation at the window can be bothersome, although I understand it's part of their service. I'm sure some people enjoy the small talk.On a positive note, the staff taking orders are usually polite and address any questions I've had. Overall, this wouldn't be my top choice for quality coffee, but their non-coffee drinks might still appeal to some. If you prefer sweet, sugary drinks with a hint of mediocre espresso and catchy names, this place could be for you!

So Saturday around 10:30 AM we went to Dutch Brothers drive-through. The girls were zigzagging taking orders. The young lady went to the car in front of us and took their order and then walked right past our car and took the order to the car behind us she did not zigzag, the line kept moving up and nobody ever came and took our order. Once we got to the window they were in shock that our order was not taken.So we had to place our order at the window that took about 10 minutes sitting there waiting for the order to get made and for the girl to process the payment and everything. My husband gets the drinks and set some in the middle of the seat. We drove off & we where halfway to IH 35 and Walzem Road and I picked up my drink to sip it . I ordered the golden eagle, chai tea with almond milk and no whip cream , guess what they gave me , they gave me a coffee that's right a coffee. And I'm highly allergic to coffee , I was pissed is to say the least.We were so far away I was not gonna turn around and go back for them to correct my drink . And to top it off the young lady at the window did not give us a receipt. While we were at the window, I asked several times for the manager or supervisor on duty, and she told me that he had just left, that he was gone, so I was not able to speak to a supervisor about them skipping us when they should have taken our order while we were in the drive thru . This is my second time coming here and my first experience was just as bad I didn't review them but I decided after this second I should definitely write a review about this place & give people a heads up.

This store has THE BEST customer service that I've experienced in for such a long, long, long long time.Of course their drinks are fantastic. Everyone knows this-- but to leave with a good feeling about anything in business, large or small and in between-- is mostly unheard of.Helpful, fun, and tailored to the individual's unique experience, 5 stars isn't enough.Thanks Ladies for making my day!

Coconut milk mocha so good and refreshing. This location is so personable and friendly.

Shoutout to Kailey, she was sweet and patient with us ( we had some people that had a lot of questions ) she was awesome and our fave experience so far. (The coffee was okay, it tastes like sugar water to me)

I am so happy to have this here! I've missed my caramelizer! Feels like a little something from home. The lines were pretty long but went fairly quickly. I didn't realize that we went on opening weekend. I got my usual caramelizer and my husband got something else. Can't remember what it was but really you can't go wrong here. It's a little far for us so I don't know how often I'll make it but if you had one in Stone Oak area- I'd for sure be a regular!

"Pass that Dutch, pass that Dutch" Missy knew what she was talkin' bout! Finally made it out to @dutchbroscoffee over in Universal City (few locations) This Oregon coffee legend brought their great drinks, awesome service, and killer drive thru vibes to San Antonio earlier this year but has been in Biz since '92 #iykyk Their menu has plenty to choose from but I with some help from a staff member I went with a blended Golden Eagle (Vanilla & Caramel Breve w/ Cream & Caramel Drizzle) Most certainly one of the best blended coffee drinks I've ever had, period. And the $4 price shocked me. Figured it would double the price for as bomb this thing was. The texture and flavors we sooooo what I was craving. Wow, I see many Golden Eagles in my future. @familyaddventures went with the Caramelizar (Caramel cold brew mocha) We switched our drinks on and off and this tasted a lot like a iced caramel macchiato. Delicioso to say the least. Have you had a chance to try this spot yet? I bet you've considered it when driving by and seeing that shiny new sign. Do yourself a favor and just do it!

I've quickly become a fan of Dutch Bros Coffee. I've figured out that a pineapple and coconut frost tastes like a nonalcoholic pina colada and I love it. This location was clean, fast, and efficient.
