I have tried 5 different Mexican food places in the Roma Rio Grande City area Dulce is by far the bestIt is very very clean it sparkles tables floor rest roomsThe food is the best I have found in this area always seems homemade Tried it because the lot was full of workmen vehiclesI came back after the noon rush was over and the place was clean as could beBring your Spanish speaking skills no one there was able to speak English on several visits
