My group had a great time fishing for Specs with Chris, and we caught some beauties, including a 27" monster! The day started off slow, not many bites, and Chris worked his tail off, moving from spot to spot, to put us on the fish...and it worked! We all limited out and had a great time! This is the first time I have fished with Chris. A buddy, myself and his girlfriend (third time fishing) booked him for a half day trip using bait. As such we had to fish from the boat.Chris worked hard to put us on fish. Caught a few here and a few there but nothing fast and furious. Did make one "last stop" on the way in and finished off our limits. Overall it was a great day. Chris is really low key, and focused on his clients having a good time. I am not much of a bait fisherman so he was OK with me fishing artificials while the others three bait. Never got upset if someone lost a fish or did something wrong. I would definitely recommend him - especially for first time or novice anglers. Will book him again.

Chris was great with our party and got us on the fish when most guides came in light. He was very knowledgeable about the area and made the trip interesting, fun and very successful. Can't wait to go again

We couldn't have found a better guide. Chris put us on the trout early and often and he was a wealth of information about the area and its fishery. We caught and released a bunch of fish, keeping only the nice sized specs, came home with a huge bag of tasty fillets. Chris' boat is really nice to fish from with lots of space (and it hauls ass!). Can't wait until the next trip!
