Such a warm, relaxing and welcoming spa. The masseuse is always waiting and ready when you arrive for your massage. The table is just the right temp and the face rest is perfectly placed. I always enjoy the 80 min massages and ask for Savannah.. Best gift ever for your beloved!

Very enjoyable experience, didn't have a sitter for my appointment and they still made me feel welcomed by allowing my 4 year old daughter to accompany me. The eyebrow wax was on point and the back facial had my back feeling very clean and smooth. I will be coming back for the other services that they provide. Anisa is the best, very informative and friendly.

So for Rockport I would give this 5 stars, but if it were in any other city, it would be 3 stars. However, I know options are limited in Rockport so I'll give it 4 to average out. It was easy to call and book an apt, my therapist was very nice. She did a good job, but I developed lower back pain after the massage that I was not experiencing before and cannot pinpoint any irregular activity besides getting the massage. I won't blame that on her, just seems a little odd. I get massages often and in various places so I'm fairly experienced. The hour massage was a little less than 47 minutes (I hate when they cut it down, even 3 minutes kind of annoys me lol) and it was normal. The table was comfortable and heated. They didn't have aromatherapy like I'm accustomed to. They also didn't have sound proof rooms (heard doors slamming and people talking throughout entire massage). The music also wasn't the same pitch (very loud and then quiet at other times) and the clock ticked very loudly. She also put essential oil on my hair and face without asking first I know it sounds nit picky, but the devil is in the details and the things I'm listing could turn this place into a true luxurious experience if fixed. For the hour (47 min, I timed it from when she entered my room) massage, it was $85 so they charge city prices for lesser quality and not the full 50min. The front girl was nice, yet I inquired about the lymphatic drain treatment and she had no idea what I was talking about...so maybe a little basic knowledge of services offered for the staff. I don't know if I'll come back, I'll probably try and find someone else but will if I'm unable to get an appointment elsewhere.

This is the best massage I have ever had. Tina was amazing and honestly the whole team was! My fiancé and I had a couples deep tissue and Swedish and he said his was amazing as well. If you need some relaxation go visit the team here!!!

The microdermabrasion abrasion facial with the hydro facial was fabulous! Paula did a great job! I returned for a pedicure with my sister and was not impressed with the pedis. The girls were fun and friendly, but the massage was minimal, and my pedi was not near as neat as it should of been.

I am giving my massage therapist 5 stars, the actually Spa is way to noisy. People talking loudly in the halls and the receptionist not quieting them down. Other therapist need to be more respectful. Savannah on the other hand! Please ask for her. Exceptional talent. I have been getting massages for over 30 years and I owned my own day spa in Charleston SC. I would hire her after one massage.
