Bought a policy to cover my home, and an extra policy for flood. Great sales, they sold me everything. Then six months later my house floods due to my toilet. Sewage in my house up to two inches. Did everything I could, and called my agent. They could care less. The paperwork and communication was terrible, and at the end of the day my 60k of damages were capped at 10k. Nice, all I got was, we are sorry.. we didn't know we undersold you a policy. Too bad.. have a nice day. Wow!! A local group who doesn't care about helping their consumers out with the maze of disaster.

Persistence pays off! Jamie never gave up on me and was very patient as my life is crazy busy with traveling and family. He was able to increase my level of coverage while decreasing my premiums on my vehicles and home policies. I definitely recommend dealing with Jamie
