Do not come to this facility. The nurses are so rude. I called to explain the mix up with my medication and the nurse hung up on me! She preceded to tell me that the doctor would not call in another prescription without even asking him! When I asked to speak to the doctor they said he probably will not call you back. No stars is more accurate.

We were the only ones here and still had to wait over an hour for the front receptionist to come in from another location. When we told them we were leaving they said that she was only 5 minutes away and we might as well wait. Once she got here, she did not address us nor offer any assistance. When we told her we were waiting for her she said that we took to long to check in and to check in again ( Mind you we were waiting for her to get here) Then another person came in and they were talking bad about some other experiences with patients. Not the best experience and would look otherwise. When we saw who I believe is not a doctor, he was very unprofessional. I have never experienced a doctor or nurse respond in such ways.

Absolutely terrible. Unorganized and completely lacking empathy. I had to go in and raise hell with the administration and threaten malpractice to get anything done. Front office staff is extremely rude and enjoy their power over people in need. Watch closely. You'll catch the smirks. Took over a month for a referral to an orthopedic surgeon because they just couldn't get it together. Incredibly disappointing. Only location worth anything is the one off S.P.I.D.. After threatening to get a lawyer we finally got the referral to a specialist. All of this because a nurse practitioner did not update medical records like she should have causing a misdiagnosis of a sprain when in fact MRI shows 4 torn ligaments. Wow!

Mw and my family have been to the Doctors Center several times through the years. I have never had problems with them. I go here when I can't get an appointment with my primary doctor in a timely manner.

I went in after a surgery, due to concerns of an infection. I was in and out in about 20 minutes, with a diagnosis and antibiotics being sent to my pharmacy of choice. It's also nice that being the weekend, I was able to see a doctor at the cost of a normal doctor visit from my insurance, and not an ER visit. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I came about an hour before closing and felt bad about it, but they assured me they were happy to be there for me, etc. Very difffent than what I see from my of the other reviewers, if I go again sometime I'll update to reflect if that changes.

Walked in, my husband and myself, with some kind of viruses. Treated fast, super care. Gave us shots, and scripts.

On a Thursday morning, I was in and out of there within 20 minutes. Filled out my paperwork online, no wait when I arrived, was in a patient room within four minutes of walking in the front door. I'll be honest, though there were no other patients there so, maybe that's why I had a different experience than a lot of other people. Staff is really nice, I would definitely recommend and go back.

I called Sunday morning and scheduled an appointment on line for 1200 noon. I receieved an email that I was scheduled and to make sure I arrived before my scheduled time. I drove all the way across town and arrived early waiting in my vehicle. I then received a call from one of the staff advising that I could not be seen since they did not have a provider. I was sooooo pissed. This place needs to get their ----- together!!!!

ABSOLUTELY do NOT come here. Ain't nothing urgent about this urgent care. 103 fever and took them over an HOUR to call back and see. Worst care ever.

I had been suffering from severe sciatic nerve pain since returning to a retail job after being ill. I was in and out in less than an hour with a steroid shot that helped significantly, a few painkillers that wouldn't be too strong, and a referral to physical therapy. The Dr was polite and considerate, and as a bigger person, I'm used to all issues being solely attributed to my weight when clearly it's not the case, so when there was no mention of that, I was very impressed. The only comment he made was that anyone could suffer from sciatica no matter what size you were at. And they took my insurance (BCBS) so it only cost 40 dollars in total. Very pleased overall and feeling much better.
