Prompt and courteous they showed up exactly on time and did an outstanding job. Carpets look brand new, tile and grout scrubbed clean then sealed. Great job !!We will recommend and use them again.

This carpet cleaning Company did not meet my expectations. I just purchased a home and wanted to have the carpets cleaned before I moved all my furniture in. They canceled and rescheduled my appointment twice resulting in my furniture arriving before my carpets were cleaned. On the day of cleaning they arrived in the last 10 minutes of the service window. One of the two Service technicians was quiet and professional. The other, left granules of cleaning product on my kitchen sink and counter; pulled a hose across door frames, wood trim and staircase railings without concern for home damage; tried to sell me used carpet that he had just pulled out of a "old ladies home who only used it for a few months"; used profanity; and left a white residue where my carpet transitions to wood.

Wow. Great prices and super fast and professional.These guys worked with me until I was happy and the tile in my restaurant looks amazing. I called them about my tile kitchen floor, which I thought was a lost cause. He wasn't pushy, just wanted to demonstrate in the corner what it *could* look like again. I was blown away. Some kind of amazing grout cleaning and sealing. Definitely give them a call if you have a project.

I was expecting better on the grout cleaning. We sealed the new grout before we moved in 12 years ago. And didn't see much difference after their cleaning. See pictures.

Wow, I can't believe how fun and professional these guys were! Not only did they clean my carpets, but they made my old chairs look NEW again. Super fast, cleaned up after themselves, excellent customer service!

Had a few hiccups at first. In the end my carpet is clean and the stains are gone.

I am ashamed to have used Dirt Free Carpet & Tile Cleaning, because the work was so poorly done. I ended up having to pay another carpet cleaning company to come and actually do the job. Perhaps, if I hadn't been so busy that I couldn't watch the tech's performance, the results would have been acceptable. If one were to hire this company, they should expect sneaky additions to their bill, and poor workmanship, paired with management that has no motivation to make things right.
