I've been shopping at Deutsch & Deutsch for all of my jewelry needs. Yes I have jewelry needs . The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I've shopped with Jessica specifically. She has taken the time to learn my name as well as my husbands. When we walk in to shop, she remembers what I like, she has learned my style and makes suggestions. It's like shopping with a friend. No high pressure closing tactics. Her presentation just flows and feels comfortable. Before I know it I'm handing over my credit card. I love the ambiance of the store. I used to shop there when it was Torin Bales. Trust me. The quality of merchandise is excellent. The staff takes the time to get to know you which is important in sales. Their in store jeweler is excellent, he's done some work for me, and is currently working on a special custom piece for me. I managed a jewelry store for 15 years, and this is my favorite store to shop. I'm pretty picky when it comes to quality, and the quality is top notch! No need to go elsewhere. If you haven't stopped in to shop for yourself or a gift, I highly recommend it! Everyone there is awesome, I do really like Jessica though. She's helped me with everything, including following up with me when she's promised to find a special item that I wanted. Don't wait! Christmas will be here before you know it! Oh and don't forget birthdays, anniversaries and just because I love you gifts! I bought this beautiful emerald bracelet from Jessica today. I love it!

Great experience! I needed to get my dad's old wedding band resized for me, but I wanted to make sure his initials on the inside weren't damaged. I also wanted to make sure the resizing wouldn't leave a weird bump. (I had my engagement ring resized in Houston and the Houston jeweler damaged the filigree while also leaving a bump where soldering was done. I don't even wear my engagement ring anymore because the bump is so noticeable.) Deutsch & Deutsch did such an amazing job! The ring is flawless, the engraved initials look just as they did before the resizing, and Deutsch & Deutsch even managed to polish out the scratches from this 30+ year old ring. I am very happy. This is a great place to take your watch in for repair. They worked with me to let me know when the best time to bring my watch in would be and they helped me through the entire process. I brought my Mom's treasured heirloom watch in to be repaired and they took good care of it and when I got it back it was restored to better than new. Thanks for taking such good care of me.

Comfortable upscale interior staffed with kind professionals that make you feel welcome. My contact, Kate, has been quite helpful and I never feel rushed or pressured. I am primarily interested in Swiss time-pieces and D&D has an impressive selection to browse. Hopefully we'll find something I can't live without soon. Until then I reserve a star for a re-review.

My fiance and I were Torin Bales customers previously, and during their close out sale I purchased my guy a very nice watch. After the official change over I had to take the watch in for a battery change out (my fiance didn't know how to work the watch and ended up running down the battery) and the service there was absolutely top notch! We have loved their service so much that we chose them as the go to for my wedding band, and will continue to go to them for the foreseeable future!
