Yuck and more yuck. Okay this is a Rehab workout facility attached to a hospital. The Fairfield Inn forces you to use this facility because the hotel does not have a gym. Just what I want to do is drive 10 or so minutes to workout and then 10 to drive back when a normal hotel has a facility in the hotel.There was a sign on the showers "do not deposit solid waste" which means at some point someone did. I piled the provided towels about 6 inches deep and then showered and used fresh towels to shuffle to my locker.Maybe it is okay here, but I can't get the word "unsanitary" out of my mind because of the shower sign.Stay at a Hotel other than Fairfield and you can avoid coming here - I will next time for sure.

If you stay at the Fairfield Inn you're able to use the fitness center at the Detar Health Center for no charge (as long as you don't lose the little keychain tag). The fitness center itself is geared more towards fitness classes than towards exercise equipment, but there is still more than enough machines and equipments to give you a good workout. The freeweights and related benches are all pretty old, but there are some newer Cybex type machines. There are plenty of treadmills and bikes, but it's tough to watch tv as there are very few televisions within sight of each piece of cardio equipment. Everyone was very friendly and it is a great alternative to a typical hotel gym.

Yea these jokers some how got my phone number and starting blowing me up with text. That's so incredibly tacky. AND I live no where near this place. If you are going to send spam text to people you may want to make sure they live in the same area. Learn how to do business the right way!!! I had to block them bc they thought they were cute after I told them to stop!

I've been going here for years and I really love it. The staff are all so nice and helpful and really into among sure you have the best experience! The classes give the BEST workouts, circuit, BodyFlow, Spin, BodyPump. If you wanna good sweat go to one of Lara's classes. I highly recommend
