Delia’s Paradillas

The food was even better than I expected. Will definitely being going back again. I loved the queso and it is served with fried flour tortilla chips. Great guacamole too. We lived we've thing we tried. Chimichanga cheese enchilada, beef enchilada, chicken enchilada, tacos, beef fajitas and queso

Have supported this place since opening and it has gone downhill. They never get the order right, always running out of menu items and on two occasions got meals to go 20 plus per meal. They forgot the tortillas and on a shrimp dish the sides were not included. Can only support them for so long until they continue to screw up or not included essential items in an order.

Breakfast! It was delicious and as always the service was fast, and friendly! Salsa and chips super good!

A few folks recommended this place so we gave it a shot and we had an enjoyable experience. The service and food were excellent! It's nice and clean too. I had the beef enchiladas. They were not stingy with the meat. Rice was good. Not the best but it was still good. Homemade tortillas. We'd go back!

Dalia's is the Mexican restaurant we've been waiting for in Canyon Lake. My party of 4 enjoyed all their food. The margaritas to start are not to be missed. My fish tacos were perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned. The charro beans rivals the ones my dad makes at home. The owners give great service and pride themselves in their food.

Melt in your mouth fajitas! Excellent enchiladas! Great chips and salsa. Service was on point. I live down home Mexican Restaurants.

Delia's is the best so far!! Food is amazing And service is even better! Karen is very tentative and treats you like family, HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The food was tasty and well portioned. Our server Karen was very attentive. I wish the green sauce was less tomatillo but was still tasty. I hope this place grows .i will be returning.We recently moved to the area from Houston and had a multitude of eateries to choose from there and Delia's would survive there.

We've tried several Mexican restaurant around the lake but this is the best one! Been there twice and the food has been very good both times. We will definitely make Delia's our Mexican go to! The menu is extensive. The service is excellent too!
