Dale's Fun Center

We were looking for something specific and hard to find. We told them to let us know when they got one in. After a while, they got one in. They sent us a message as soon as it came in. We committed to buy and they held it until we could get there the next day. (We don't live in Victoria). Great experience with this business and our salesperson Ben.

I bought a Kawasaki Verysys 650CC from Dale's Fun Center in August 2016; I highly recommend this dealership and their staff.Before I buy a product I price around a lot and research the product a lot. I requested quotes from 4 Kawasaki dealers in my region. Dale's staff came back with the best price and did not play any BS dealership games as many dealerships do. My experience was a straight talk quote from Dale's. I decided to buy from Dale's even though there is a closer dealership. My thought is Dale's staff offered the bike at the price I wanted and did not jack me around one iota. I had requested a quote on a similar unit from another dealer who had the bike I wanted listed for sale on Craigslist for a decent price, BUT the price shell game began from the very first conversation and the dealership tried to sneak on an additional $3,000+ OVER the price they had the unit listed on Craigslist for, so there is no way I would buy a cup of water from that dealership.....I stuck with Dales.I had ever been to Dale's Fun Center before. Upon my arrival I was greeted by all the staff from sales folks, parts staff, the finance guy Brian. I also met Dale Stubb's himself (the owner) and had a lengthy discussion with him; Dale is an extremely personable gent.I was offered a test ride on the bike I was quoted on and I took the bike for a very long test ride. The dealership is located on an excellent highway for a test ride....super, wide open Texas roadways.After a lengthy test ride I decided I would accept the price we had discussed on the telephone and by emails. It was a straight forward purchase with no BS. I decided to finance part of the bike with Dale's finance companies and got a very, very competitive low interest rate on my bike. Brian (finance guy) got me approved for a loan in just a few minutes without any hassles.My overall impression of the dealership: IMO this dealership is very professionally staffed and maintained. Dale's has a large selection of parts, motorcycles, off-road vehicles and more. The building and premises are extremely well maintained and professional in appearance.Now, 8 months later I took my bike back to Dale's for the first service interval. Again, I was impressed with the entire staff at Dale's from parts, service, sales, finance and Dale himself. I must note that 8 months after the sale Dale remembered the exact bike I bought from his dealership nearly a year ago. I visited with the entire staff on my visit to have my bike serviced. My service interval was completed on time and as discussed with the service department.I would definitely recommend Dale's Fun Center to my friends and family. Dale's Fun Center is my go to place for my power sports needs. I've purchased several units and many accessories from them over the years and have been nothing but satisfied. They have treated me right in the buying, trading, maintenance, and warranty departments. As I'm leaning towards another purchase they are my go to place.

Walk through on a Saturday morning looking to purchase a new honda ATV. I could not get anyone to help me! So I went to velocity power sports down the road were they wanted my business and I got my new Yamaha that very day! Dales is way over priced as it is! If you want a good deal and great service visit velocity power sports!

This was absolutely the most kind and chill center that I have been to. I came to look around and a guy named coltyn mahurin was very helpful. He was very good at explaining and helping me look at my options. He was also very friendly and fun. Would 100% recommend again. Especially would recommend speaking to coltyn.

I will never order or recommend this place to anyone. I ordered riding pants for my grandson.It was either delivered to wrong address or never made it to mine but when I contacted Dales, I get told that since its been delivered I have to track my package. BS. You sent it why should I have to chase it down?This is as good as fraud. I spent a lot of money that they kept and I plan on turning them into the BBB and possible file a fraud report with PD.Stay away from them at all cost

Purchased a rear tire from Dale's for my ninja 650 and noticed a popping noise shortly after getting it put on. Realized that they had left the chain too loose took it back to them tighten it and found out that having it loose damaged the chain. I decided to go ahead and get the new chain for but was charged an extra $65 labor charge to have it put on when the fault was on their end. My advise is to not use dales if you don't want to spend more than you have too. Velocity is a little past Dales and the customer service is extremely better.

HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! This place has the WORST service! Do not trust them! Over the past couple of years, I bought 2 scooters and a 4-wheeler from them. I took one of the scooters back for service last month and they told me it would cost $1200 to repair a cylinder...that, come to find out, wasn't even the problem!!! The only thing wrong with it was the carburetor. I paid a kid that recently graduated from a technical school $50 bucks to clean it and now, the scooter is back to new. To top it all off, the guys at Dale's, upon hearing that I would not pay the $1200 to fix the cylinder(they charged me $200 just to diagnose the 'problem') ruined the cover to my spark plugs and some wiring by throwing it back together after the diagnosis. I strongly believe in buying local...but after this, I will never again have anything to do with this place!! They are not professional and do not deserve your trust!!
