Dairy Queen

This Dairy Queen used to be good :( The food still tastes alright but we were missing the chicken from our kids chicken strip meal and only got the gravy and fries, no drink for the chicken sandwich combo, and they forgot to put down our second chocolate cone yet brought out two chocolate cones and no vanilla? I'm confused why it says order checked twice when it so clearly wasn't. I wouldn't be too hard though because most of the staff is young high schoolers

Great food. Always great burgers. Service always great. Ambiance is. It's a DQ. Best ice cream.

Service is horrible. They leave people standing at the counter for 20 minutes. The food hardly makes it out and when it does it cold. The floors aren't being swept and tables aren't being wipe down. The employees are always in the back laughing. The drank station never have ice.

We are camping at Goose Island and we're craving some ice cream, so we stopped by for a treat. Hallie N W -was awesome !!! She made my sundae and walked it out to me in the lobby and did the same for my husband. I know it wasn't anything fancy , but sometimes just treating someone nice with a smile goes along way :) she made our afternoon ! The ice cream was also fantastic and she made my custom order perfectly !

We went to the local Dairy Queen (rockport hwy 35) and it's always so consistent with the freshness of products and happy attitude of the entire crew. This is an ongoing thing at this place. I met Julia and you can tell they care about customer satisfaction. The tacos can rival any local taco joints. The shells are super crispy and the meat is flavorful and the salad is fresh and crisp. The turtle caramel pecan blizzard is mmmmmmmmmmm good. Keep up the great work y'all.

Absolutely disgraceful. Waited in the car lol ne for about 10 minutes without moving before deciding to go inside to order some ice cream. Upon entering the lobby, we noticed how dirty the facility was. There was food all over the floor and tables weren't cleaned. As we approached the registers, we noticed how disgusting it was where the food was being prepped. Milk and other dairy products were sitting on the counter, spilt ice cream all over the floor and so many other disgusting things. During all this, we still were never approached by an employee to take our order. after about 10 minutes, a gentleman finally decided to take our order but we just had to leave due to the horrific site.

Only thing good is the ice cream. Burgers are barely edible and chicken fingers are all bread.

It's unbelievable how horrible this place is. I work in rockport, and unfortunately there are only a few places to get a decent meal, fast. I understand it's fast food, but this Dairy Queen is exceptionally bad. They can't even get simple orders right. You have to repeat yourself over and over, and they still get it wrong. If you make it past the moron taking the order, you will most likely get something you didn't order, or the food will be old, stale, cold, way over cooked...... I'm not exaggerating, this is the worst DQ I've ever experienced

My grandpa who has dementia was treated very badly and was trying to express what he wanted, but the employee had no patience and told him to hurry up. My grandpa was embarrassed and got teary eyed
