Really slow service, cold food. It seems like DQ as a whole has really taken a step back.

Bad service, slow, messy, and rude! I've been to quite a few DQ's in my day. I do not know how this one is still open. Or why nothing has changed for the better. Never have had a good experience with dinning in. Please drive-thru or drive to Bishop. Bishop's DQ is very friendly! Three thumbs down

Usually it is very busy and takes super long to order and get the food. If you go be prepared to wait at least 15-20 mins

This place has the worst staff ever. I havnt even ordered my food yet and they're making messes on the floor and not cleaning it up. I saw a employee sneeze and did not wash their hands. I can not believe that the management here seems to be okay with the way the restaurant looks. Employees are nice and friendly, but they're too lazy. Would love to meet the owner of this store and see how they passed their inspections.

What Dairy Queen doesn't serve ice cream? Answer: this one. Machine was broken when my friends and I tried to come. And sometimes it doesn't take credit card and requires just card. How is this place allowed to be a Dairy Queen?

Pretty good service and food is decent. Food is always hot and ready. Now the night manager can be friendlier but other than that it's good.

I've never had any problems at this location until yesterday when I saw one of the employees child just hanging around behind the counter barefoot and running around. Safety and sanitation hazard. They also forgot add an item to my order.

I Always go to the drive thru to get Blizzards, Banana Splits, Chicken Wraps and DQ Burgers. They have delicious Strawberry Cheesecake Blizzard and Spicy Buffalo Chicken wraps.....REALLY Good!

Husband and. Stopped for lunch at the DQ in Kingsville this Sunday. I ordered a 3 taco basket, drink and got a free ice cream sandwich. My husband got a Hungrrbuster with cheese and. A large Butterfinger Bluzzatd. The young man who helped us was very polite. Our food came out pretty quickly and was brought to our table. Tacos were delicious and my husband said his burger was great. Restaurant was clean. The ladies room was clean but was old. Other than that, everything was great!

This Dairy Queen is awesome! Haven't had a bad experience with them since I have lived here. The staff is always polite and the food always comes out hot and has a good taste. Much better than other DQs I've been to.
