Dairy Queen

FIRST time around, they got our order wrong. We ordered a 4 piece steak finger basket. But instead we got 3 chicken strips, cold French fries, and cold toast.Second, they gave us our steak fingers with the breading falling off, alongside the SAME cold fries, but this time they so graciously gave us the butt ends of burnt toast that looked like it had a bite taken out. Thanks Dairy Queen for ruining my pregnancy cravings and appetite.

Awesome service and awesome food. The staff was great and were very professional. We rolled into DQ at 9:45 and driving from Bulverde, we were excited this DQ was close to our hotel. We we're unaware they closed at 10. But didn't take long for us to get our food and they were busy. The folks working there did a phenomenal job and should be commended! I came late on Friday April 15,2022.. it was definitely a Good Friday...

They ask you to pull forward in the drive thru so they can serve the people behind you even though your order is ready. This is so annoying and never return to places that practice this.

Burgers are okay but service is SO slow. Employees are unresponsive. No napkins. No straws. Restroom needed lots of attention. This whole restaurant needs an entire overhaul. Its a shame because I love Dairy Queen!!

Everything was outstanding on all cylinders From Allen Littleton in CorpusChristi! Cynthia gave me a friendly and welcoming greeting,took my order,and my order was taken to me by her. Told me to let her know if I need anything else. I ordered The Dude Combo with fries and a fountain drink quality was top notch! When I left she Thanked me and invited me back soon! Can't say enough,I will return and tell everyone I know of my experience!

It took 10 minutes just for the drive through to ask for the order. We ordered sundaes and by the time we received them they were melted so bad you couldn't open the lids. The girl was rude also. They weren't busy either. I usually am very understanding but this was just horrible.

It took a little over 20 minutes to get two burgers and nachos. Need to be more time efficient.

Takes forever to get food or even just ice cream waited 25 minutes for 2 cones and a blizzard

Who ever owns this Dairy Queen needs to be made aware of the piss poor service and accuracy of people's orders. It takes forever to get your food and when you eventually get it they have your order incorrect.I've been sitting here as customer after customer come fuming in having waited too long for their order in the parking lot only to not have received what they ordered.This is not my first time here, I came in today hoping it would be better but it was actually worse than the last. I'm not sure how they remain in business.

They asked us to pull forward after waiting too long we backed up to see what the problem was we saw the entire staff gathered around having a conversation and laughing when they saw us watching and they scattered and began working like roaches when u turn on the light after all that waiting they got the order wrong and the lady at the drive through argued with my dad because she didnt want to remake it.
